day 2: "one hundred nine days before" (pg 44 [second half]) - up to (not including) "forty-seven days before" (end of pg 88)

day 3: up to section entitled "after" (page 88-133)

day 4: "the day after" (pg 137) - up to (not including) "twenty-eight days after" (end of pg 182)

day 5: finish


if this is a totally crappy schedule then just let me know and I'll change it
