Hi Everyone, Thank you for reading How Fast Can You Run and for taking the time to participate in this discussion. I'm very interested in reader;s reactions to the second part of the book, especially after Mike comes to America, attends college and meets the woman from town. I'm wondering how readers react to Mike's arrest and trial. In the end, it worked out for Mike and the trial was overturned, but it could have gone a different way if the judge had been less willing to believe Mike, because of preconceived notions she might have held about him. I'm curious to know what your reactions are to this part of the story. It would really mean a lot to me to hear what you have to say. Hoping to hear from you soon--Harriet Millan
Thanks so much for reading with us. It is wonderful for people to know an author is so vested in her creation and the community that appears around it. Also, of course, thank you for arranging for the publisher to do the giveaway! Yrs., Richard PS Could you tell us how Mike is now?
Mike lives in South Sudan and he works as a policy advisor in the office of the President! As you know there is a crisis in South Sudan right now, both political and humanitarian, so he is very busy working for peace for the new country!
