I have solved this problem by just creating the document on my website (No, this wasn't a ruse to get you to look at my ads.)

Thank you so very much!!! I didn't know that I was supposed to pick my book title from a drop down menu. Maybe that is why my cookbook cover is so small. Do you think I could edit my entry and this would fix the cover size issue? Would I cause a problem with my listing?
Thanks for showing the code language/symbols for bolding text. I assume the same is true of italics with a small "i" in the command.

Yippee! I was able to make the change in "This book is about" section and my cover appeared!!
