Ha! I've fallen really far behind on the reading for this group, and yet I somehow miraculously just happened to finish this exact book a few days ago. :)

I'm only a little over 100 pages in, but I'm definitely enjoying this.

Oops, just got the reminder to read this one...glad I got in at the start as I'm really looking forward to reading this Bronte's story as it will also be my first of her work.

I'm still on chapter 4 but enjoying it very much. I get a feeling that Anne Bronte is going to be my favourite Bronte. This looks a beautiful story for sure.

This is my first of Anne's too, and I can't believe I've ignored her for this long.

I liked Gilbert and his steady belief in Helen's virtue, until he himself withdrew from her by a misunderstading without seeking an explanation. Will see how Gilbert will atone for his mistake when the truth is revealed.
