Louise Culmer | 171 comments Quite an enjoyable story collection, it's fun seeing how everyone gradually realisthat Miss Marple is the besst at figuring things put.

Aušrinė (ausrejurke) I started reading this one a few days ago, finished 2 chapters. It's holiday season and hard to find time for reading. But so far the stories are interesting.

Maggie Holmes | 30 comments I thoroughly enjoy the Miss Marple short stories. Even though she is just hearing about the cases she is able to zero in on the details that allow her to solve the case. And, of course, no one expects a little old lady to know anything.

Teri (teria) I really loved this entire book. The mysteries were interesting, and the conclusions were always satisfying. I loved how the others would overlook Miss Marple as being old and uninteresting, yet eventually realized how clever she is. And it was fun how her solutions were always brought to mind by some event that had happened in her small town. Just goes to show - people are the same wherever you are.

Aušrinė (ausrejurke) I finished it last evening. I think this is the first miss Marple book I enjoyed. I wasn't too put down by her way of solving crimes by parallels to village life.
