How about...Look Who's Back
All the Light We Cannot See
American Gods
Or what about The Hate U Give ... I've seen so much posted about this book...
I've just started reading The Bees and I'm only a few chapters in but I'm already awed. It's strange, but good, like nothing I've read before! It might be a good one to read as a group, I'd love to have people to talk about it with!
Sorry everyone my brain is fried and life is crazy sometimes, it will be an A List authors for our next group read! lol I will send a correction email tomorrow.
, I have this one on my shelf I only have about 10% maybe done on this one. I'd love to read it with all of you!
All the Light We Cannot See! Yes, I'll also nominate that one (redundantly, to be sure, but it was my favourite book the year I read it).

All the Light We Cannot See is the first group read we did in this group.

What is A-list?"
I think we could call "A" list authors anything that doesn't qualify as Indie. If anyone doesn't agree please correct me.

Personally, I would define A list as an author published by a major traditional publishing house. Which would leave out small press and university publishers as well as indie books.... But, I could be wrong! :-)

Yep. I was thinking well known authors like Stephen King, J.D. Robb, James Patterson, etc.
I wouldn't mind reading some J.D. Robb. Love her work
Also a book I've just started reading... Flowers for Algernon I wasn't really expecting much when I started reading, despite the millions of copies sold, but I'm only a few pages in and totally hooked! Other suggestions would be - Carry On
Brooklyn
Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda
I'd like And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie! Or, All The Light We Cannot See...that one also looks good.

I may be sorry I am suggesting this book because the book may not live up to the hype but I keep looking at Tangerine by Christine Mangan.
Can we nominate a book that's been nominated before? If so, my pick is
I would also like to nominate

I'm reading The Fated Sky (Transgressor Trilogy #1) by E.M. Swift-Hook. I don't remember the last time I was so gripped by a story that I felt compelled to recommend it to others.
