[Personality]

Chloe is a sweet, fun loving woman. After the life she’s had and her slow healing process, she’s finally bloomed into a beautiful young woman. She loves to joke with friends and hang out, she enjoys to make friends with her customers and takes care of them and makes sure to leave them satisfied with her work. Chloe is smart and adventurous, always finding herself on a new adventure be it lost in a different city and making her way back home or trying out a new style in drawing, she usually throws herself into new things only after she’s stepped back and looked at the problems it could cause. She usually tries to avoid confrontation, hating the sound of people yelling and arguing, and if someone is being hurt she tries her hardest to stand up for them. Due to her history she hates to see others being belittled and bullied and will not let it slide on her watch.

Chloe thinks quite highly of herself, and thinks she is quite intelligent. She is always looking to give advice, whether it is wanted or not. She could care less about what others think of her, good or bad. She is very strong-willed, and if you bring the fight to her, don't expect her to back down. Chloe doesn't give in easily, and is not easily swayed by flattery. She likes doing things by her and her only. But despite her smart aleck attitude, she would be willing to give her life for almost anyone, as long as they have shown her respect in the past. If you respect her, she will respect you, but if you don't, she will more than likely choose to ignore you. Chloe tends to keep to herself, giving off the air that she isn't very sociable, though in all actuality, she does like to talk to others. She comes off as a grumpy brute, but if you earn her respect and give her time to get to know you, she will treat you like an equal.



[History]

Chloe Everett had a horrible childhood. Her family was poor due to her parents spending all their money on their addictions. Nothing was saved for Rent or for their many children when they were sick. Her parents didn’t care; they never wanted to have five children anyway so they ignored their kids and dumped them with whoever would take them, sometimes not coming back for weeks. When they’d finally take their children, the money was sucked dry and they’d take their anger out on each other and their kids.



Chloe's brothers took most of the abuse due to not wanting to let their parents hurt their sisters but Colee would step in to protect her brothers and would be the next one in line for the cruelty. When Chloe was seven she was taken away from her parents and was put in her grandparents custody along with her siblings. She’d never met her grandparents before, but they welcomed the children with open arms and handled the damaged kids with love and care. Chloe was very distrustful of them and kept them at arms length, but after a few years she warmed up to the kind older couple and treated them like family.



But warming up to her grandparents didn’t mean Chloe was a loving, happy child. Far from it. She was very closed off and unhappy. She didn’t make many friends and was usually on her own, though smart she was very quiet in school. Her younger sister encouraged her to open up, to try and have the life that they dreamed about since they were young. It took a long while, but eventually Chloe started to open up, make friends and live the life her life the way she had always wanted. She was happy, joking around and slowly started to become the person that she had dreamed of being. Free, and completely happy.



Chloe grandparents got the kids together and explained that her sister was transexual, that he was to go by Mikael. Chloe and her family supported her brother but the small town they lived in saw Mikael as a freak, they whispered about the kids upbringing and about their childhood behind their backs, sometimes right in front of them. The teenagers and children being especially cruel to the Everett kids. Chloe and her brothers got into more than their share of fights, but their younger siblings were targeted more. Chloe''s sister would come home crying and dirty saying the children at the elementary school pushed her around, Mikael would come home with bruises and cuts.



Chloe's trust and amazing new life disappeared in a blink of an eye. She was called out of school and taken to the hospital to see Mikael who had been beaten by a group of teenagers and gotten a bottle smashed over his head and just like that Chloe was back to her angry, cold shell and was focused solely on protecting her family, so when the boys that beat up her brother confronted her she had no remorse when a fight broke out and she sent the leader of the group to the hospital, needing to sew his jaw shut due to her having broken it.



After her brother made a full recovery, they moved to another town miles away with no one recognizing them. Life started over once more for the Everetts but Chloe kept her hard attitude till Mikael sat her down and told her to let go of her anger and live. Colee couldn’t understand how he’d managed to get over the abuse, but she promised she’d try. Chloe was eighteen when she moved out and went to College to study to become a Social worker and try to help other kids in similar situations that she was in, but while she studied for that she began to dabble in art classes for fun. Drawing and painting helped Chloe to finally open up, helped her keep her promise to her brother. Now she’s carefree, always smiling and laughing, making jokes and enjoying her life.



Chloe moved to Glasgow when she was nineteen years old. She transferred to the college nearby and began to take night classes as she was working odd jobs to pay for her apartment rent when she saw an opening for the Tattoo Parlor in Monkee’s to Go. She applied there, showing off her drawings and portfolio, being hired and trained by the other tattoo artists helped her and now she has become one of the most talented tattoo artists in the store. Others wonder why she doesn’t just quit going to school and work as a tattoo artist twenty four seven but she thinks what she wants to do is bigger than drawing a piece of art on someone’s body. Chloe is happy with where her life has led her and is enjoying it to the fullest.
