I am currently doing a reading bingo challenge (http://wp.me/p7p2JQ-qQ) and I have to read a book with bad rating.
I'm confused as to what exactly constitutes as a bad rating?
Does an average of 3.5 stars counts as bad?

I don't think 3.5 stars considered as bad .For me it's kinda you can try ..lol .Many books are there which have less than 3 star ratings.

According to GoodReads, I'd say a rating of 1 or 2 is bad.

But according to me, every book is great in its own way. It's just that we don't know to enjoy it right - or rather, 'It ain't my kinda book'

yeah, I agree with you. Sometimes books have more than 4.5 ratings and I still don't like it.
