I must say I laughed when I opened my podcast app and saw the episode title. Shawn's DNF comments on Goodreads and Litsy are often hilarious. I'm about the same age and always finish but might need to change my ways to maximize the number of good reads I can fit in the years I have left.

I was excited to see that Idaho was going to be discussed. I was three quarters through and I rushed to finish before I listened to the podcast. I really enjoyed the book and was happy to hear that Shawn loved it too.

I'm still not sure I know what it's about but I definitely look forward to reading it.

I kind of forgot Jenny had set up a podcast forum on Goodreads! So I've just read the interesting comments now. Jeff, we sure have different reading strategies, hey? And Mary, so glad you loved Idaho too!

I would say to give The American Lover. The only Tremain I have read, but I loved it!
