((Sounds good))
The King and his servants were rushing around, preparing for the journey. No one noticed Alan in the chaos.
The King and his servants were rushing around, preparing for the journey. No one noticed Alan in the chaos.
A guard stopped him. "Are you the one asking to see the King?" he asked.
The guard sighed and walked inside to alert the King.
A servant stopped and looked at him curiously.
The King stopped when he saw Alan. A cruel smile spread across his face. "I take it you're the one who wants to talk to me."
Samuel and Hackett stopped at the gate. "We've got prisoners," Hackett told the guard.
Samuel and Hackett stopped at the gate. "We've got prisoners," Hackett told the guard.
"You remind me of the freak that thought it was my son," the King said. "It always tried to defy me, but it failed."
Some guards moved in menacingly.
Some guards moved in menacingly.
Alan took out his katana. "And you remind me of the assasins that tried to boss everyone around, only you have to rely on others to look like a threat." Alan said.
He stopped and looked at the entrance, where Samuel and Hackett were. "Are those the prisoners? They don't look very threatening--or very useful."
Alan turned to the entrance. "But what if I told you my friend managed to capture one of your followers named Deli, or that I almost took one leg from your daughter Sammy." Alan said with an arrogant smirk.
"Delia will find a way to escape," he said casually.
"Oh I really doubt that." Alan said, then turned to Samuel. "Oh it's you, did you change your pants yet from our last meeting?" Alan asked.
Samuel ignored Alan and dragged the net over to the King. "He might be of some use to us."
Alan sighed and cut the net open with his katana. "I'm sorry, but the king has no time for his daughter." Alan said.
Mason jumped to his feet and tried to run, but Samuel held him back. "What are your skills, if any?" he demanded.
He adjusted his grip so that Hazel's arms were pinned.
Mason didn't answer Samuel's question.
Mason didn't answer Samuel's question.
Alan sighed. "Alright King, let me show you my superiority." Alan said as he walked to Hackett, katana drawn.
Hackett let go of Hazel and stepped back. "That's not necessary."
Alan smirked. "Well King, I'll make clear what my demands are here, you'll pull all of your soldiers from here and never make claim on anyone again, if I see someone still walking around, I will kill them." Alan said, wishing the King would refuse so he could just attack him.
The King considered this, then shook his head. "My armies are expendable. Even if you kill a few soldiers, there are countless replacements."
The King looked at Samuel, who just stood there--if his father died, at least he'd finally get to take over.
"I do have to say, I don't think your follow-up is appealing to me either, I know a little warning." Alan said.
Mason stood by, waiting for a chance to escape with Hazel.
The king stood silently, unsure what to make of Alan.
The king stood silently, unsure what to make of Alan.
Alan suddenly turned around and threw his katana at Hackett while running towards Samuel with 2 knifes.
Hackett dodged, but Samuel stood frozen, shocked that someone would defy him.
Alan threw one of the knifes at Samuel's leg. "Sorry, but those prisoners were not found on your ground, time to set an example." Alan said.
The knife hit Samuel, who screamed in pain and rage.
Several guards rushed over to Alan.
Several guards rushed over to Alan.
Alan raised his hand and the katana appeared in his hands again, then slashed a guard's leg off.
