What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Read a long time ago. Main Character has coworker killed in car crash. Not sure if she was driving. She finds dead woman's bucket list or maybe it was a list to do in the next year. She decides to finish the list. Not real big things. One is to not wear a bra one day at work. Not sure what year, but the coworker/friend she ends up with has a rat tail. May have been set in Hawaii.
