Is this author semi clean or clean writer? I'm looking for an author that doesn't use a lot of cussing?

It's been years since I've listened to these audiobooks, but I would think they're all OK as far as language goes.
The content matter, which pertains to crimes and criminals, might warrant a PG rating, but I don't recall cussing, unless it was 18th Century cussing that I didn't recognize as such.

Loved this author and style of writing. So enjoyable to get caught up with his main character and manner of speaking as he narrates the story.
