They don't have a program per se, but they are very generous with review copies. Contact them and I'm sure they'll accommodate your requests.

Hi Debi, great question. Jason is right, we don't have an official program, but our online publicist does keep track of our bloggers and frequently sends out books to those who request books and those she thinks will like certain topics.
