I hope no one minds that I am drawing the letters for July early this month. Sleepless night.

I rarely stick to my plan... usually if I got off track & read other books, I'd try to fit those books in instead, if I can :)

I meant only this definition procedure words for radiotelephone communication, meaning "received and will comply". I don't know the rest of that stuff.

I only got to 'Roger' as being part of a radio comm as in 'ok' and 'WilCo' being a short-form of 'Will Comply'
