It felt like a dark and stormy night as I reviewed all the writer clubs on Goodreads. They all gave me the chills as I shielded my eyes from their icy indecency. Maybe I'm a bit traditional, or maybe I'm just out of touch. But when I saw this group, and noticed that it was created in Salt Lake city, the Sun came shining through and I thought, here might be a group that can appreciate clean fiction.Hi, I'm BC Crow. I don't have time for a regular reading group,I'm not even sure I have time for this, but I do love reading and getting feedback on my books. I'm looking for a group of people who would like to share ideas. I've got plenty of Beta Readers, but no Alpha readers. I'm willing to read and give feedback as well.
A little about me: I've written 6 books and am working on my 7th. I've self published 3 and am planning on having a 4th one out later this year with a newer edition of my 1st 3 books. I live in Utah and am a full time general contractor, but storytelling is my passion.

Thank you for your kind words I am not very good at making clubs on Goodreads but I tried my best and hoped writers would come.
Anyway are your books for kids (not kid kids but like eleven year olds the youngest).

I target adult audiences, but try to make them appropriate for YA also. My philosophy is to write books with with clean language and no pornographic material. I would consider most of my books to have a PG-13 rating, mostly for violence. Even then, I'm trying to find ways to write better stories with less violence. You're welcome to look at my most recent book for free if you want. I've temporarily posted it on my blog. You'll be able to see some of my other books there too, but those ones aren't for free. (Considering that I'm revising them anyway, I'd recommend waiting to buy those ones.)

But the one on my blog is called Swing Low: The Hangman of the woods. Its there for anyone willing to read and give feedback before I actually publish it this fall. I love feedback, even if its a bit harsh. It's hard to ruin my ego. I'm just trying to be a better and better storyteller every day.
I am currently a struggling writer. I am 54 and have been writing since I was a child about all sorts of things concerning my life experiences. My magical tales impressed teachers, and currently professors. I am a life long learning and am taking a break from college at the moment. I have always been encouraged to write. I hope to develop techniques, and forever expand my knowledge. I look forward to participating in this group.Melanie Reasor
Yusuf wrote: "Hello I am Yusuf I am Eleven years old and my favorite hobby is writing"Oh keep at it. Never be afraid to just put pen to paper, or to use the computer and just write anything that comes to mind, stay steady at this for 15 minutes everyday, it helps to create ideas, techniques, and reading what you have managed to get down can help you critique your work to become better than the last time. Keep at it. I was writing at your age, and this has been a great way to keep from getting writer's block as well.

Hi! I'm Layla, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Australia. I've been writing stories since I was 7 but began writing fanfiction at the age of 11 or 12. I eventually got bored of that at around 15 or 16 but struggle with writers block. I like to write clean romances.
I do have ideas but I find that I get bored of them. I also feel unmotivated because they never get reads on Wattpad so I just feel like "What's the point?"

Greetings from the Scandes! From the colder worlds comes a wary writer in pursuit of neat discussions and well-maintained critique. I've been meaning to commence a fictional project for a while now; and I hope on receiving as well as contributing with proper criticism for texts in their varying packagings.
Good afternoon, anyways; I look forward to meeting you!

Hi everyone,I am an aspiring writer, I have already written and published two nonfiction books. Many more will probably come. I am interested in how to write successful books, and by that I do not mean how to write well - because there are plenty of resources available on this subject, but rather to write about things that are interesting or useful to people, things that will be bought by readers.
As in my professional life I am studying innovation, I would like to discuss with members in this forum about how to develop books that have meaning for the reader, not only for the writer, in an effort to understand techniques that can be applied by any aspiring author in order to increase chances of success.
Who is interested? :)

Hello, I am Margarit, Goodreads's username. I am 18 years old and I am from New York. I have been on quotev and wattpad writing short novels for YA. I am currently working on my first novel which I hope to self-publish. I am going to college soon so my time to write will decrease.
