post hypnotic amnesia or PHA has been around for quite a long time. if it is used in combination with subtle changes then who's to know what is really real & what is false? add in the digital age where documents, articles, and videos can be easily modified. You will have the perfect soup for those in-charge to feed the people. I wonder if in another 20-30 years what the future generations will think of us for letting this happen so easily?

Turns out Mr Loos worked(works) for DARPA and has been working for the Govt since the late 1960's.

The stimulation frequencies at which specific physiological effects occur depend somewhat on the autonomic nervous system state, and probably on the endocrine state as well.
Weak magnetic fields that are pulsed with a sensory resonance frequency can induce the same physiological effects as pulsed electric fields.
Computer monitors and TV monitors can be made to emit weak low-frequency electromagnetic fields merely by pulsing the intensity of displayed images. Experiments have shown that the 1/2 Hz sensory resonance can be excited in this manner in a subject near the monitor. The 2.4 Hz sensory resonance can also be excited in this fashion. Hence, a TV monitor or computer monitor can be used to manipulate the nervous system of nearby people.

The US government may have been secretly collecting documents on 'remote mind control' and 'forced memory blanking', accidentally leaked files suggest.
A reporter claims to have been mysteriously sent the proof after filing a request for a different set of information.
In what sounds like a plot from the X-files, they revealed research into bizarre 'psycho-electronic' weaponry.
These claim to use electromagnetic forces to achieve their aims, including inducing intense pain, itching or even rigor mortis.
MailOnline has contacted the parties parties involved to verify the claims, but has yet to receive a response.
The documents in question were sent to Curtis Waltman, a journalist working for Boston nonprofit MuckRock which is dedicated to helping people make Freedom of Information Act requests to government bodies.
He was investigating far-left activists Antifa and the white supremacist groups it opposes when he claims to have made the bizarre discovery.
They were included in material provided by Washington State Fusion Center, a Department of Homeland Security affiliate that provides information sharing and analysis.
ts remit includes counter terrorism, detecting criminal activity, disaster planning, cyber-security and other threat assessments.
Among the expected records, including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins , was a compressed file labelled 'EM effects on human body', Mr Waltman says.
Writing in his article on the subject, he said: 'It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release.
'It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release.'
The files detail a number of proposed devices and techniques that aim to manipulate the human mind.
They range from the implausible, like a strange technique for 'microwave hearing', to the potentially possible - including 'remote brain mapping' which would let third parties monitor your thoughts.
It’s unclear exactly where some of the images in the release come from, he says, but some appear to have been part of an article in Nexus magazine, an Australian publication that covers 'alternative news' and conspiracy theories.
It reported on a legal case brought by John St Clair Akewi against the NSA, in which it was claimed that the security agency had the 'ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.'
Another comes from a person named Supratik Saha, who documents say is a software engineer.
The presence of these records doesn't mean that the US government is directly working on such projects or that they are anything more than thought experiments.
However, it does seem to suggest someone was taking them seriously enough to gather the information in the first place.
Speaking to MailOnline, Nigel Watson, author of the Haynes UFO Investigations Manual said: 'In the past the CIA conducted Project MK-Ultra which featured numerous mind control projects.
'Most of them involved the use of drugs like LSD for interrogation purposes or for the purpose of mind control. Millions of dollars poured into the project with few practical results.
'This information relates to similar mind control experiments using electromagnetic fields.
'They have been public for several years and I think there are related to what such weapons MIGHT do rather than existing weapons that can cause such effects.
They certainly add to the paranoia of conspiracy theorists who believe these and HAARP weapons are used to create UFO sightings and make people believe they have been abducted.'

Rumours of governments experimenting with pyscho-electronic weapons have long abounded among conspiracy theorists.

Since that time, conspiracy theorists have expanded their claims about the kinds of techniques agencies like the CIA or others may have experimented with.
Some individuals say they have been targeted with pscyhotronic weapons, leading to a variety of unpleasant side effects.
That includes transmitting thoughts and sounds into people's minds, although most medical professionals agree this is likely the result of psychiatric disorders.

NON LETHAL DEATH http://www.deepblacklies.co.uk/non_le...Today’s “Less Than Lethal” concept of “Low Intensity Warfare” stomps with a crack and a fizzle around the corridors of military power. The Pentagon’s crew-cut communication commandos will tell you that Non Lethal Defence weapons won’t kill you. Maybe. What they don’t tell you is that their new-age, high-tech, gizmo-logical armoury has been secretly honed to mind-numbing efficiency. Specifically, it is your mind that has been scheduled for numbing and, if necessary, erased altogether.
Your future shot of non-lethal Novocain may take the form of an electromagnetic field that will cocoon your every thought. Flowing from this invisible field will be an inaudible “command” message - a sort of “stealth e-mail” - that will infiltrate directly into your unconscious. The whole caboodle has been lovingly designed to re-programme the way you think - and even what you think. Alternatively, at the mere flip of a switch you might simply be turned off altogether.
The fact is that thought can be controlled - remotely. There’s no need to attach wires or electrodes. Nowadays, the spooks of Langley, Fort George C. Meade and elsewhere, can hack straight into the grey cells of your most precious organ. To many, this scenario may appear to be the rabid fantasising of an “X Files” fruit-cake. Not so. The truth may be out there, but so is the technology and the will to use it.
RE-EXPERIENCING AN “EXPERIENCE SET”
“New World Vistas” was a major undertaking by the US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, to examine future developments in weapons. Published in 1996, it totalled 14 volumes of studies. The fifteenth “ancillary” volume contained some hair-raising insights into the future “coupling” of man and machine. Tucked away on page 89 is a section dealing with “Biological Process Control.” The author speaks of an “explosion” of knowledge in the field of neuroscience. He then proceeds to his main point “One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set.” [i] Translating the words “experience set” from military jargon into plain English, this simply means your entire life’s “memories” can be erased and a new, fictitious memory implanted.
There is a lot of debate whether these mind-weapons are already in “low profile” service. Arguably they are. By projecting such “developments” into the future, the authors of “New Vistas” may have hitched on to an old trick - anaesthetising the public to camouflage present day abilities. In another US Military publication, a similar futuristic scenario was adopted. Published by the US Army War College in 1994, “The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War” contains many references to mind manipulation. Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit observe ,for example “Behaviour modification is a key component of peace enforcement.” [ii] They go on to note that “The advantage of [using] directed energy systems is deniability.”[iii] Savvy individuals the authors then ask “Against whom is such deniability aimed?”[iv] The answer simply is “deniability must be aimed at the American people.”[v] So much for “open government” in the brave new world’s brave new age.
Setting Buck Rogers to the forefront, the writers proceed to layout a futuristic scenario set in the year 2010, that utilises “perception moulding” and “advanced psychotechnologies” to avoid irksome public protest. But that is just the beginning. The major problem they believe is that “traditional American ethics [are] a major hindrance…” and thus, sadly “old-fashioned notions of personal privacy and national sovereignty [are to be] changed.” [vi] Individual citizens unwilling to go along with the revolutionary changes are “identified using Comprehensive interagency integrated Database.” They are then “catergorized” and subjected to “sophisticated computerized personality simulations used to develop, tailor and focus psychological campaigns for [against] each.”[vii]
Other techniques are to be used in association with these new mind weapons. These include “morphing” - a present day ability that distorts TV images and presents them in a wholly believably way. In other words “computer inventions.”[viii] If you are one of those citizens lucky enough not to have their brains electronically scrambled - or erased - it won’t really matter. The electronic media will manipulate the news especially for you, by presenting convincing near-real-life visual images through your combined TV set cum Internet interface. In this brave new revolutionary world, seeing will be believing, even though it is entirely false. The only real difference between Orwell’s bleak vision of 1984, and the aims of today’s military mandarins, is that you’ll be watching your TV set - it won’t be watching you. Orwell can be forgiven for his oversight. In his day it was unimaginable that mankind would voluntarily submit itself to brain-washing.
Whilst these new-age Da Vinci’s continue to create their speckled visions of our future, we should be prepared to ask some hard questions now. Specifically, the major question to pose is whether this technology is really futuristic, or whether it is present day? To answer this we need to look at history. As we do this, we should bear in mind that security classification acts as a brake on time. What happens in the Pentagon today often takes as many as twenty years to filter out to the public. Technology is advancing at such a fantastic rate that it is redundant as soon as it leaves the drawing board. Computers, for example are doubling in power, and reducing in size by a half, every eighteen months.
THE MIND-FESTERING HISTORY OF THOUGH CONTROL
As far back as WW11 research was being conducted into thought manipulation. The earliest extant reference - to my knowledge - was contained in the U.S. Strategic Bombing Survey (Pacific Survey, Military Analysis Division, Volume 63) which reviewed Japanese WW11 research and development efforts on a “Death Ray”. Whilst not reaching the stage of practical application, research was considered to be sufficiently promising to warrant the expenditure of Yen 2 million during the years 1940-1945. Summarising Japanese efforts at the war’s conclusion, allied scientists believed that a ray apparatus might be developed that could kill unshielded human beings at a distance of 5 to 10 miles. Studies demonstrated that, for example, automobile engines could be stopped by tuned waves as early as 1943.[ix] Research on living organisms (mice and ground hogs) showed that waves from 2 meters to 60 centimetres in length caused haemorrhage of lungs, whereas waves shorter than two meters destroyed brain cells.

I did a search for "subliminal acoustic manipulation of the nervous system" which brought me to your page. I've read all the comments you guys posted with great interest, and have an experience I'd like to share with this group as I haven't seen anyone post any firsthand accountings such as I've experienced. I'll begin with stating that I'm of sound mind and body and not the type to make up stories. I do believe that I am a targeted individual by a corrupt judicial system in Pennsylvania that went after our beloved Attorney General Kathleen Kane that was exposing these creeps, as I have also begun to do. I have no idea if they are capable of mind manipulation and are using the FBI, police force, military or whatever to do so or not, but I feel that what happened to me needs to be shared so that others can recognize the symptoms and protect themselves, if possible.
I can not state with certainty that the AI, that was putting messages in my brain, could understand what I was thinking or if it was just programmed to knock me out into a deep sleep and then say programed things while I was sleeping which I'd have no memory of, and to say "Go back to sleep. Go back to sleep. Go back to sleep. Go back to sleep," repeated 4 times like that, if I awoke from the deep sleep or if I moved my body (my head) while in this deep sleep state.
About 4-5 years ago, a worker had just installed a bunch of smart meters at the RV park I live at. My remote area was one of the last in the nation to get this "Smart Meter Rollout" which involved lots of different tasks, including installing smart meters and creating a new WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS GRID. As the truck was driving away, I grabbed a cellphone, (which had an active service provider), to video tape the truck's company's name on it. I was shocked to see this cellphone was accessed and in the process of uploading the data from my cellphone (which I was using like a computer with lots of notes saved on it) to an outside source! I had to take the battery out to stop the process! This was the first bizarre thing to happen in my home after the smart meters were installed.
Shortly after that, I began to notice that I was getting tired very quickly at night and would fall asleep within 5 minutes of that feeling. I also began to notice that I would not get up to go pee a couple times a night nor toss and turn all night. I woke up fully refreshed and with no memories of dreams. I slept for about 8 hours straight. NONE of this was normal for me!!! I've only fallen asleep that quickly a few times in my life, after exhaustion and I've tossed and turned and slept VERY lightly all my life. I am awake and conscious EVERY TIME I turn over to my other side throughout the night before falling back to sleep again. At the age of 60, I started to question if I was being "knocked out" because all of this was extremely abnormal for me, especially waking up in the same position as I fell asleep in.
After about a month of this, on and off, irregular sleep behavior, I remember going to the bathroom one night and getting the feeling of being very tired and thinking to myself "I'm going to be knocked out once I get to bed," as I was crawling into bed and sure enough I fell asleep within 5 minutes and woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. I didn't know what to think cause I never imagined something outside of me was causing this to happen.
Then one day.... I was awakened by the sound of something rattling. I raised my head up off my pillow to listen to where the sound was coming from. Then I heard this voice inside my head saying "go back to sleep" four times. I put my head back down on the pillow to do just that.
The rattling continued so I raised my head back up again trying to figure out if it was my hot water heater or the refrigerator in the kitchen. Again I heard "go back to sleep" said 4 times in my head. At first I thought it was me saying that to myself, even though I've NEVER talked to myself like that, in an unchanging key or pitch, repetitive manner. I put my head back down on the pillow, all too willing to go back to sleep as I was being told by some monotone voice.
The rattling continued and I just couldn't let it go so I raised my head up off the pillow and once more tried to figure out what was making this noise. As I thought to myself that it couldn't be the heater as it had just been installed a few months earlier, the words "Go back to sleep" was repeated 4 times in my head. I put my head back down and thought to myself, "That's not me saying that, it sounds like artificial intelligence." I wasn't too alarmed because I couldn't wrap my head around that even being remotely possible!
And with those thoughts, again I heard "go back to sleep" said 4 times inside my head. This made me wonder if there were a group of men somewhere behind some controls speaking into a brain microphone saying "go back to sleep" 4 times but I remember thinking it sounded more like AI than a human's voice as the tone was identical each time it was said.
As I was now wanting to go back to sleep at this point, (I was tired and being manipulated to go back to sleep), the thought that my house could burn down if I allowed whatever was happening in my kitchen to go on and possibly short circuit and cause the wires to catch fire made me lift my head up once more to listen to where the rattling noise was coming from. I heard "go back to sleep" said 4 times and remember thinking this was absolutely NOT me talking to myself and it definitely sounded like AI. Even so, I put my head back down on the pillow and was resolved to going back to sleep, yet again and not care if the place burned down because I was that tired or hypnotized.
During this last time, I started to get alarmed about the fact that I was wanting to go back to sleep without caring if the place burned down with me and my 2 cats in it. I just wanted to go back into this deep sleep and forget everything. I realized I was in trouble. I don't know how I was able to overcome the last wave of this overwhelming urge to go back to sleep but thank GOD I did.
I grabbed a 2nd cellphone that was DEACTIVATED for several years with NO SERVICE PROVIDER attached to it, which I used to record audio and video with. It was right above my head on a shelf and I was going to use it to record the rattling noise which I was going to play for the repair person to hear what kind of noise was coming from whatever was malfunctioning in the kitchen. The rattling stopped the moment I grabbed the phone! This entire chain of events took place in about 90 seconds from when I was awakened by the rattling noise.
Now, up until this point, some of you might think I was in some strange type of dream state or was on drugs and dismiss this away. That's just not the case and I've ALWAYS been able to snap out of a dream if I was awakened. I was raising my head up and wide awake and aware but just wanted to keep going back to sleep like the voices in my head kept telling me to do. It seemed to be a programmed subliminal message they used to make those that wake up, from whatever they're doing to them, to go back to sleep. Plus, and most important of all, my phone, which has no service provider, should never have been activated by an outside source as it was! In addition, I've never had a dream that I could recant in full detail as I've done in this situation. I can however recant details like this of things I've experienced while awake.
MY PHONE WAS BEING ACTIVATED BY AN OUTSIDE SOURCE TO VIBRATE IN AN "EXTREMELY" SILENT MODE WHICH IS QUIETER THAN THE REGULAR VIBRATE MODE WHICH IS ACTUALLY AUDIBLE. THIS VIBRATE MODE WAS NOT AUDIBLE! The only reason I knew it was vibrating was because it was making the bent piece of metal the phone was resting on top of, rattle! The rattling noise was being made by this piece of metal as it was being moved by the EXTREMELY silent and inaudible vibrate mode the phone was activated to do!!!
I live out in the boonies, very far from the roadway and there was no traffic at that time of day to cause vibration in my home, not that it did to begin with. There was no reason for anything in my home to be vibrating! I even went so far as putting the phone back on this bent piece of metal trying to recreate the situation and see if there was some vibration in my home, even though I knew there wasn't, to get the metal to rattle as it did while the phone was on top of it, because I didn't want to believe that I was being targeted by an outside source. Nope! This rattling was non-stop until I picked the phone up and now I couldn't get it to happen again!
I did remove the battery from that 1st phone which an outside source activated to access my data. ODDLY, I am so DEPENDANT on the other, currently activated, cellphone that I can not bring myself to remove it from my bedroom before I go to sleep and the battery is not removeable. I am upset with myself for seemingly having very little control or willpower to distance myself from it. A cognitive dissonance if you will.
I am deeply concerned about why they've been knocking me out and what they are doing to my mind while I'm in that state. How many others is this being done to? Is something going on in our area while we are knocked out? Why are they knocking people out into a deep sleep mode for several hours? Who is doing this and why are they targeting me?
One of the local prosecutors involved in the judicial corruption complaint I've made against him, now has an EXTREMELY HIGH LEVEL POSITION in Biden's administration which I don't dare mention at this time. I wonder how DEEP STATE this brotherhood of corruption is and to what extent they are willing to go to silence people they've victimized or to promote their agendas.
I hope my experience opens some eyes as to how you could be made to feel tired when in fact something sinister is being plotted. And that if you are aware that it's happening, you could summon all your might or will to counteract it. I felt like I was consciously able to thwart off the hypnotism ONCE I was aware something like that was going on.
For the first time, I'm actually considering buying or making a faraday box to put the cell phone in...if they even work. I have no other appliances or things in my home that have WiFi capabilities, just the cellphone.

The words “nervous system manipulation devices” are enough to pique most anyone’s attention. The applied concept of mind control, widely thought to be nothing more than science fiction, is seemingly more and more realistic.
One of the latest patented devices, utilizes a television or computer monitor to send electromagnetic waves to the viewer (1). The electrical charge accumulates on the skin and triggers the nervous system to behave in a controlled manner. The device is thought to potentially impact the endocrine system as well, granting access to hormones and brain function, as well as the ability to control other body systems.
The patent holder, Hendricus G. Loos, also holds many other patents for similar devices. Since 1978, Dr. Loos has been issued patents for eleven devices, largely of which are aimed at nervous system manipulation (2).
Among the patents, you’ll find items such as “Subliminal acoustic manipulation of nervous systems,” “Remote magnetic manipulation of nervous systems,” “Method and apparatus for associative memory,” and “Method and apparatus for manipulating nervous systems.” Any other patents seem to be related to delivery technology of these nervous system manipulation devices.

Loos’ History
The man behind the patents has quite a history of his own. Prior to his work with nervous system manipulation, Dr. Loos worked with other companies. In the late 1950s, his work with Plasmadyne Corporation yielded a patent for an “apparatus and method for generating and containing plasma having ultrahigh temperatures” (3).
A few years later, he worked with Douglas Aircraft’s Advanced Research Department studying electromagnetic fields, utilizing the Yang-Mills theory (4). He continued his research, publishing yet another article about Yang-Mills fields in 1969 in the American Physical Society Journal (5).
In the 1980s, it seems he set up shop in his Fallbrook, California home and developed Laguna Research Laboratory, working on government projects with the likes of the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, commonly known as DARPA (6). The projects include cost effective therapeutic aerosol devices and memory storage devices capable of learning.
During his work with Laguna Research Laboratory, Hendricus Loos participated in a conference with Neural Information Processing Systems, publishing a paper on Reflexive Associative Memories (7). Correlating documents can also be found in the Defense Technical Information Center (8).
Science Fiction or Fact?
Flash-forward to today, and current work information is harder to come by. What information is available is sparse and unnerving.
Shortly after patenting his latest device, Hendricus Loos took on the roll of President at Cuewave Corporation. Jansje Loos filed for the business license (Entity Number: C2396570) in 2003, utilizing the same Fallbrook, California address, as well as an additional residential address in Laguna Beach, California (9).
The company’s own site, www.cuewave.com, is nothing more than a copy of site for an advertising business located in India. Any search for the business yields nothing more than directory listings. The listings themselves provide little additional data, other than the business is listed for “Commercial Physical Research” and has a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code of 8731 (10). This classifies them for commercial physical and biological research (11). The license is still active with the Secretary of State and has been for the past 11 years.
Outside of this information, Dr. Hendricus G. Loos – who also goes by Dr. Henry Loos and Dr. Hank Loos – along with his Cuewave Corp and his nervous system manipulation devices are a mystery. The kind of mystery that makes you wonder if the mind control we see in science fiction movies may really be right around the corner.
