I'd like to nominate The Brain That Changes Itself: Stories of Personal Triumph from the Frontiers of Brain Science by Norman Doidge.
Nicoleta, the book Behave: The Biology of Humans at Our Best and Worst was just published last month and might not be widely available. It looks very interesting, so I would suggest nominating it again, in a few months.
I Contain Multitudes: The Microbes Within Us and a Grander View of LifeRestless Creatures: The Story of Life in Ten Movements
When Life Nearly Died: The Greatest Mass Extinction of All Time

Hi David,
I believe the book first came out in 2016. I think a new edition came out in 2017. The reviews on the Goodreads page also date back to 2016. However, if it'll be difficult because of the change of editions, I'll be happy to nominate this after a couple of more months.
Thanks.

Now that's weird!

It does seem strange, but according to both Amazon and Barnes & Noble online, the paperback edition doesn't come out until July 2017. I can't tell if that's just a problem in the U.S. or not, but maybe this one should wait for a few months after that.

Why does this link to The Heidi Chronicles?"
I believe Dinesh might have tried to edit his post and accidentally changed the book number which is used in the link. The book number for Tell Tale Brain is 8574712, and the book number for Heidi Chronicles is 85. It's easy to do.

Please use the "add book/author" link just above the comment box to insert a link to the Goodreads book page for the book you are nominating, so other members can more easily assess it.
You may nominate a book which has been suggested previously and did not win. You may nominate more than one book, but we might not include all of your nominations in the voting.
Please do not nominate a book which is unlikely to be available to all members, such as one which was just published within the last three months or which is only available on Kindle.
Nominations will close on June 21 or when we have about 10 good nominations, whichever occurs first.
