well..yeah so scott ..scott dies, dante killed him because he stepped in to fight for nora...and all this time we thought that scott was like a brother...in the end there was a diary entry from scott ...and he confessed that he loved nora the whole time, but had to swear an oath for himself and her that he would be like a brother and protect her...sad right..it killed me..:(:(
thank god i am not the only one upset about his death, Scott was my favorite character of the book and i almost couldn't finish the book after he died
OMG its been like a year since i read this but i still fell like crying whenever i remember what happened. I feel you.
Well, I was devastated and depressed, and cried, so that was horrible. But, in every good book, someone we love so much always has to die. By the rules of the HE, it could not be Patch or Nora(even if we don't like her that much), so...
We got the crying part with Scott *sobs*

yah I know right it was honestly a struggle to finish the rest of my book but since he died at almost the very end I made myself finish it... He was hands down the best character in my opinion :'(
When I was reading the part when Scott battled Dante my heart was literally beating fast. And then the beating stopped.. My heart stopped beating likewise to scott's. :(
I think that Scott and Vee would have been together but then he died and my whole life was ruined! I think that they should have been together forever as Nephilim but then... just no.
If I ever meet Becca Fitzpatrick then I will ask her why she killed him.

Scott's death was just devastating to me. He was one of my favorite characters, and the fact that he loved Nora and risked his life for her made it even harder to deal with. And if Scott wouldn't have died, I'm sure he would've ended up with Vee. I don't know how I'm supposed to move on...
I saw it at the end of silence. It was a newer version that contained bonus content but I'm sure you can read it online if you search up "scott's letter" (or something slightly more specific) on google.
Oh my god, I actually read Hush Hush, Crescendo, and silence, last summer. I started reading the finale right after, but I couldn't even finish because it was way too much. So many things were going on and I was getting so annoyed. So I finally finished it on Janurary and OMG! you have got to be kidding me! I nearly cried when Scott died. And I actually though that Patch had died. It was way too much.
BUT YOU GUYS, that ending was incredible i proper teared up when patch got his ability to touch omega
Agh I found it hard keeping all the spoilers from my friend, who still hasn't read Finale, and we go crazy for Patch and discuss if he was real then I almost say ".And if Scott lived.." BUT IT'S FRUSTRATING BECAUSE BETWEEN ME AND MY FRIEND, I FEEL LIKE IM THE ONLY ONE WHOSE HEART BREAKS but I'm reading that series again anyway so
In the end, the true hero in the battle was Scott, not Patch. Kinda dissapointed though :(But a protagonist got to die in the story, since the big antagonist has already died (Hank Millar). Yes? ;)
yeah, its kinda sad knowing what happened to scott in the finale. it feels unfair. but what can we do? we are affected, meaning the book really moved us in a way that we got angry when scott just die..
When I finished reading the last book and also read the Scott's diary entry I felt like crying. It almost felt as if some one close to me died. It felt so real and heartbreaking. Why Scott? out of all the characters that could have died at the end why did it have to be a man that orginally was harmful and then changed for the better. He probably was the most changed character in the series. For example buying a car for Nora as an apology gift for his misbehaviour.

what do you guys think..????
