मराठी पुस्तक-प्रेमी (Marathi Book Lovers) discussion

Currently I am reading a marathi book "Zombi" by Anand Yadav. This book is written in "gramin" (rural) flavour of marathi language. I am finding it very difficult to interpret the meaning of most of the words. Is there any online resource or dictionary where I can find meaning for marathi words (Marathi-to-Marathi)?
