Heather | 8550 comments Here is the question yet again!

How is everyone doing on their challenges for the year? Do you think you've kept up with your ideals of quantity of books/month or are you behind, or way ahead of schedule?

I welcome your updates and accomplishments, or even if you're behind, hopefully you can demonstrate your fortitude in completing your self-challenge.

I need to have more diligence at completing a book! I am still reading, though!

Thank you for sharing, Luis!

Heather | 8550 comments The month of July seems to have flown by! Does anyone else feel this way? Wow, where did the time go? I realize that I haven't devoted as much time here in the group recently, for that I apologize.

But on to the topic at hand...Not only have I not finished reading a single book, but I also started yet another one!

Emotion Code: How to Release Your Trapped Emotions for Abundant Health, Love and Happiness

Wow, this book is fascinating and is basically a 'how-to' book toward achieving emotional health. It has exercises to complete in order to continue 'releasing negative emotions'.

I will testify to the fact that it really works! I don't know much about chakras or crystals, etc. but this works kind of along the same lines.

I am finding myself continuing to do the exercises more than actually reading further into the book. Another setback to my accomplishing my reading challenge.

Does anyone else feel to comment?

I hope everyone is doing well, not just in reading but in life! (Just wanted to put that in there because in all our lives we have one thing in common...love of art! And I'm glad you're here.)
