What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am looking for the title of an older Harlequin. Plot: Young woman goes to work for her employer (I think) to care for his wife who has mental issues. She moves in and cares for the wife and falls in love with the husband. I won't share more because it would spoil it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry...country is England and it is contemporary. I can't remember if the hero is a lawyer or just described as a businessman. And of course he is well off and gorgeous! :)

But scarred and tortured is so much more interesting. :)

Within the last 2 years but it is an older harlequin so probably the late 70's or 80's.
From what I can remember the back blurb was something like: ***is hired to care for ***'s wife but how can she keep from falling in love with ***? And what help can she give his wife who is mentally unstable?

Did he know the heroine before she started working for him?

Yes, I believe she knew him...her boss maybe?
I hate to say I don't remember clearly if there were children...I tend to want to say no but then she may have been a nanny for the child and I am mixing up another books where she is supposed to care for the wife.
