NerdFighters Book Club discussion

I recently joined this group and I was wondering what book we are reading next:)

We read the books recommended by John on his youtube channel so I am not sure when we will get our next one. Sometimes he forgets because he is quite busy. But hopefully he will soon :)

I hope not too soon, I still have to finish Behind the Beautiful Forevers. I sure am a slow reader! ;))

PS. How cool is it that John Green is involved in this?

Haha yeah I think it might take him a while - I'm sure you'll finish before the next book. Yeah it is so awesome :D

If he doesn't suggest one soon, we should either pick one of his or one of the books that he suggested in previous videos, so that we can keep our momentum.

Did anyone read the extra credit book? It's so long! I want to move onto another topic before reading an even longer one about a similar thing. If it were a work of fiction or somehow different I would consider it.

I feel the same way about Maximum City. I'm sure it's great for perspective on Behind the Beautiful Forevers, but I definitely need a "palate cleanser" between such heavy books.
