What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am searching for a book series that I read a few years back (2-3 years). It disappeared from my e-Reader and I am not able to find it. The book starts with our heroin moving to the isle of skye because her mother died in a car accident (she drove into water and drowned). Heroin starts school and meets I think his name was Cullum. It's a fantasy romance for teens. The heroin finds out that the guy she likes is not human but some kind of waterman (undine or something similar).He always gets a pull to swim on a full moon. During the cause of the book the heroine finds out that she is also not human.

I can provide more details but don't want to spoiler. Can anyone help me out?
