Hello,

I'm a new GR librarian and I need help to do things the right way.

These two profiles are for the same author.

GR author profile: S.M. Johnson
Misspell author profile: SM Johnson

I also saw that some books are linked with an other GR author with the same name
S.M. Johnson

And there is a third profile with the same name
S.M. Johnson

What should I do with all this ?
Can someone explain me how to do it right please.

You bring the SM Johnson one to the pinned "author needs merge" staff thread because there are follower on the non GR profile. And staff likes to have left books on the non GR profile because that helps them to validate if the merge is correct.
Just listing the links of the non GR with follower and the GR author profile there

with that one: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... you're moving the books which don't belong there by hand to the correct ones (mind the spaces)

the third one: why will you do sth with it? that may be the default/various catch the unknown rest profile - then there's nothing to do.
if you can identify it as one authors profile you do the same as before - removing books that don't belong to it to a different spacing
