Shadowhunters [ Advanced RP ] discussion

Attention all dwellers of the London region! You all have an area plot in affect approved of by your mods and created by your fellow members! You do not have partake, of course :D. You can have your character going on to do whatever they want, regardless of this plot, or you could tie them into it however you want. There are no limitations or restrictions to what you can and can’t have your characters do within this plot. This is just the set-up for an area plot for London. Without further delay, I give you a plot and the choice to be a part of or not to be a part of it.

disclaimer, this plot has not happened yet, we’d be starting very early on, when the infection first starts to sprout up, and as the rp advances, we’d go deeper into the plot like normal :D

▪ a warlock (female) whose as mad as a hatter and obsessed with having a child of her own has resorted to summoning a demon to get her what she wants.
▪ the demon says it can help, but it tells the warlock it needs more power.
▪ the warlock offers to do anything to help, anything, and the demon gives her a vial containing an ominous liquid, telling her to inject it into a downworlder.
▪ the vial contains a plaque of sorts, which disrupts the magic of anyone with demonic ties to their being (pretty much everyone but mundanes, shadowhunters, and angels) as well as screwing with their chemical balances. So the downworlders that get infected start to be on edge, acting aggressive and on instincts, and chaos begins to ensue, only one reason why the demon unleashed the plague, though.
▪ the infecteds' glamour abilities are also thrown off, making it hit or miss on if they can shield what they are or not from mundane.
▪ downworlders who were once friendly and considered ‘good’ start to attack others, even killing them. Shadowhunters and uninfected / still sane downworlders have to try and settle the situations, trying desperately not to have to kill anyone, but in some cases they have no choice.
▪ with one or two infected restrained, shadowhunters and others start to try and figure out what’s wrong with them and how they can ‘cure’ them.
▪ Their attempts to figure out what has come over the infected are pretty empty, no real answers showing for quite some time.
▪ the demon will be draining the demonic magic in the infected victims
▪ the draining of magic will be driving the infected downworlders into madness and eventually death
▪ some don't die, however; some survive the draining, and it results in them reverting to whatever they were prior to being laced with demonic magic (ie, vampires and werewolves can be turned back to mundanes). This is Very rare, so it won’t be happening around each corner.
▪ some shadowhunters catch onto this happening, and they start to believe that the infection was brought on by Raziel himself to cleanse the downworlders. Those who were pure, would survive and be 'cleansed'; those who were, they would die.
▪ so instead of stopping the spread, some shadowhunters are going to be helping it spread, saying they are doing Raziel's bidding
▪ the demon on earth doing all this is the henchmen of a bigger, baddie that's bound to another dimension, bound by shadowhunters who either put a spell on him with a warlock's help centuries upon centuries ago or by a special rune.
▪ this big, baddie wants to be free and to wreak havoc on earth once more, so he wants his henchmen to break the veil between their two worlds so that the big, baddie can break through and walk the earth once more.
▪ over time, as the henchmen demon gains power, it starts to drag in other smaller demons to help spread the infection and cause more chaos.
