Almost no one is called in here, due to the headmaster's mysterious way of life. However, he seems much more active in the school, now.
((Kay!)) Seraphina walked up to the door, hesitated, then knocked sharply on the door. She both hoped there would and wouldn't be a reply. If the headmaster was being crazy like everyone else... Then she sincerely hoped he wasn't here. Even if he wasn't, well, she hadn't exactly liked him from the start... But maybe he knew what was happened. So she knocked again.
((Hm... Didn't want to wake you, so went to try and figure out what's going on. See you in about 30 minutes.
~Seraphina))
She cautiously opened the door a crack, and peered inside. No one there. Breathing a slight sigh of relief, she entered the room, and walked over to the desk to see if there was anything there.

((Hop in if you'd like :) if Meli doesn't mind, of course.))Eliryn work with a start, that awful falling feeling jerking her out of a dark, dreamless sleep. Straightening, she realized the falling feeling had been her actually about to tip over to the ground. She rubbed her eyes, wincing at the throbbing in the back of her head. Why was she in the forest? Last she remembered, her and Seraphina were in the classroom, all alone. She glanced around, a little panicked, until her gaze fell on a small white note. Ryn skimmed it quickly, memories filtering back now. There were still a few scarily blank sections, but she pushed those from her mind, telling herself it was just the wound and lack of sleep. Standing, she headed towards the main building of the Academy.
Cautiously pushing open the door and stepping into the main hallway silently, she thought she saw a shape at the far end, by the office doors. Quietly she made her way towards the person, soft leather boots masking her footsteps.
((Nope, I don't mind :)))There was a file on the desk... She started flipping through it, trying to find some mention of what was going on.

The headmaster was watching from the stairs leading to his quarters. "What do you think you are doing?" he hissed.
((Yup, you are correct. And actually, I'm really sorry, but I have to go. If you want to continue, that's ok, I'll just say Ryn followed/watched/stalked, whatever, I'll work with whatever you do. Bye!))
Ilsa wrote: "The headmaster was watching from the stairs leading to his quarters. "What do you think you are doing?" he hissed."
"Y-yes, sir..." She kept her eyes carefully on the table, still carefully scanning the folder. "I-I've just been so frightened, with everyone suddenly leaving... So I thought to come here, and you weren't here, and..."
He walked forwards and closed the folder. "They were sent. They should be returning soon." His voice was quiet, but his words piercing her like his eyes.
"On various errands. Let me reassure you. All, if not most of them, should be perfectly fine." He'd sent them to places deserving of their skills.
"But they all walked out of the classroom. You didn't tell them to go anywhere... They just all stood up and left."
"You seem more bold than the mouse that snaked its way in here. In fact, they made a very solemn vow when they entered the room for bonding." His eyes narrowed.
"To run errands for you?" She asked, then berated herself. She had to stop asking questions... He was getting suspicious... If she jumped out the window, would she die? Yes. Too far... That left the door...
He gave her a sharp glare. "I have humored your sneaking into my quarters for long enough. I'll have your name, if you will, and you'll leave at once. You come in here insulting me, when you know so little. And when you go, don't think of taking anything," he ordered, sliding the folder across his desk and under his arm.
Ryn jerked away from the open door, backtracking towards a shadowed niche that held only a statue. She flattened herself into the shadows behind the carved man, his marble sword dividing her face in two. If no one looked closely, she'd be all but invisible. And if she wasn't hallucinating, the headmaster was definitely hiding something unsavory. Something a bit worse than a mistress, Ryn could guess. She was also willing to bet money that these errands were something the rest of the world wouldn't smile upon. Something just didn't fit together, though. What was up with the bonds? And what were these errands, exactly?
"S-Seraphina, sir..." He'd taken the folder... Now she sort of knew what was going on, but she had no proof. And no one would believe her without proof...
Luckily, the headmaster kept nothing important in folders and files, and nothing so carelessly strewn over his desk. He was no fool. He kept everything in his book, his big, old, leatherbound book, and he was never apart from it.
((It's okay :)))She took a step toward the door, hoping he wouldn't stop her. She had a lot more questions, but something was definitely up, here. And the headmaster seemed to be right in the middle of it.
((There's really nothing Ryn can do without giving up her position, and she's not stupid enough to do that, so...))
((Awesome, there we go :) ))As soon as Phina had turned the corner and stepped out of sight of the headmaster's office, the door slammed shut. Ryn stepped quietly from her niche and fell into step beside Phina unobtrusively, taking her by the elbow and steering her down a side hallway. "We need to get out of this building," she said quietly. "I feel like even the walls have ears."
((XD))She almost stopped, and asked where she'd been, but quickly decided that that would be a bad idea. Instead, she just nodded and kept walking, the question plain on her face.
They stepped out the door and Ryn released a small breath, finally feeling a little more at ease. She pulled Phina from the path and leaned against the brick building, giving her head the chance to stop spinning. The blow to her head must have been harder than she had initially thought. At least it wasn't bleeding anymore."So what did you find?" Eliryn asked, ignoring the blatant question in Phina's face. Ryn could tell her story second.
"Not as much as I would have liked... The Headmaster isn't acting like the people in class were... And he didn't seem concerned at all. He said they were out running errands, and that they'd agreed to it when they bonded. I started asking questions, but he got suspicious and told me to leave."
"Wonderful. This is just the very thing I was so looking forwards to," Ryn muttered under her breath, thinking about the entire mess of the two past hours. "If he's nor like them, but he's unconcerned, means he knows something. Right? Well. I ran into one of our classmates." Ryn stated this without emotion, but there was a flicker of sadness behind her green eyes.
She nodded. "I think he definitely knows something..." She stopped at the look in her eyes. "Were they... Like the ones in the classroom?"
"Yeah..." she replied slowly. I asked him where he was headed. He looked right through me, as though I were a ghost. And then he said it was his path, and this was what was right, and he told me he had a job to do and I had mine as well. And when I asked what his job was, he didn't even bother to look at me. All he said was "death."" It had chilled her to the bone, that one word Ryn was no stranger to.
