I loved Wallbanger, hope you like it. I need to get back to that series. What group is that a group read in? Sounds like my kind of group. Midnight Man looks good too.

Romance Lovers for the Challenge Impaired is the group. I selected both Wallbanger and Midnight Man for this months sub-genre challenge of "The Guy Next Door Romance".

Thanks, Jonetta. I love reading and discussing the group read books. It really adds to the experience, especially with a complicated series like the Karen Rose one.

I'm back from an exhausting trip to San Diego with my middle daughter and her family and I'm beat. The trip was wonderful and my grandkids are great. Loved their reactions to sailing on Mission Bay, the animals at the zoo and all the other adventures we had. A highlight of the trip was the tour of the Midway, a retired aircraft carrier. It was awe inspiring.

In what little down time I had on the trip I read an oldie romance.
