As writer myself, I figured that getting into Beta reading would be a good way to improve my skills while also earning some money. Does anyone know the best places (besides Goodreads) to look for those jobs? Also, how much do Beta Reader normally charge? How much feedback do they normally give? Thanks for your time.

Varies a bit, but beta readers typically don't get paid. It's done on a friendly or reciprocal basis, in my experience.
On the feedback front, that can also vary a bit. Personally I go through on a line-by-line basis (so it doubles as a light proofread). Others go for general perceptions.
If you're thinking of charging, that variability probably makes things easier rather than harder as you could charge varying rates. However, I've only ever had free beta readers (and returning the favour on the same basis) so that might make finding business tricky.
That said, there are a bucketload of writers, so maybe not.
