I joined awhile ago but this is my first post. Your friendly and generous spirit made me take notice and want to write you.
Your Thai Yoga Massage sounds interesting. I like that you blended the two disciplines. Can you tell us a bit more about it.
I live on the West Coast as well but north of your border. I've been practicing yoga since 2010, TM since 2012 and teaching Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan 2013 . I find these are all complementary arts/disciplines as well.
Like you, I'm here to learn from everyone and to be of service in any way I can, including reviewing yours or other people's books on here and on Amazon. I'm interested in a wide variety of topics.
I'll be filling in more information on my profile soon but I will be launching my first book (in a couple of months). It is a new holistic paradigm model of leadership based on ancient wisdom and nature's way. It is based on Taoism and yogic philosophy. As an HR/Change Management/Career Transition consultant I went into many organizations that were experiencing change and observed first hand that much of what organizations and leadership did was based on a faulty model, failed to produce the desired results and frequently dis-empowered their people. If you or anyone has an interest in this topic and would like to review my book (once it is ready to go), it would be greatly appreciated.
Namaste

I would be happy to do the same for you!

Shai

Great. Let me know when you're ready to send me a copy for my review. I'm looking forward to it.
Mine won't be ready for a few weeks. Getting some final touches made to it.
Namaste,
K.G.J.
I'm excited to be part of this group and to learn of new yoga books and other great books to help bring the practice off the mat.
I'm here to learn and to be of service if there are other authors who would like feedback on their books and to support one another share our passions.
Personally I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and have been teaching and writing about Thai Yoga Massage since 2002. The two practices go hand in hand. TYM is essentially yoga meets meditation meets massage and all practiced with the spirit of metta or loving kindness.
If you have a book that needs reviewing on Amazon or on this site please let me know!
Much gratitude,
Shai
