When hearing about a book, do you think it a spoiler to find out the book has a twist or an unusual ending?

No, not at all. A spoiler to me would be the specifics of that twist or unusual ending, not the fact that the book has one. I assume all books I read have an ending I wouldn't have predicted, or why read at all?
