I feel as though this is a very underrated practice of promotion. Whether it's books, readings, music or whatever, it's not appreciated. Simply following one's content or even recommending it can go a long way.

You can go to Youtube and use their editor. Upload your images into their slide show program and use stock music from their library. It's free, but it takes some trial and error to figure out how to best make it work. That's how I made my trailer. http://youtu.be/0Kw3oZ9z-mg
