Um realistic...uh...anything really! They have to have a lot of drama though...haha
I like drama too xD What about doing a mystery type rp? I dunno why but I've been into mysteries and thrillers.
I have actually never done one of those, but it seems like it would be a lot of fun; Let's do it! ;)
:D yay!Okay what about having something like there was this mysterious death in a small town and this big shot detective was called out to investigate it because he's the best at his job. Then there could be this girl who was close the the deceased and tries to help him even when he doesn't want it. There will also be threats from the killer warning the detective off maybe and we could also have the killer be a team so if you wanted to do doubles we could play the two killers and the detective and the girl who tries to help.
Ohh I like that! ;) Um sure! Let's do doubles! Who would you like? Detective, Girl, Boy Killer, and Girl Killer?? ;) I'm actually really excited!
Umm do you mind being the detective??? I just have no idea how to do mysteries...at all. The only ones I have ever read were the boxcar children series, and those don't count.. haha
XD Yeah I can do that ;) so I'll be the detective and the girl killer and you'll be the girl and the guy killer :D sound good?
Yes ma'am! So how old should they be??
Well I don't want them to be too old cuz I hate RPing charries that are wayy older than I am xD so maybe...21ish?
Haha me too! Ok! Sounds good!! ;) I will get started!
I will post them later tomorrow..I am going to bed now so...goodnight! :)

Personality:
Damien is a people person. He's one of those people who has to be immersed in a crowd to be comfortable. He thrives in the presence of another person and wilts when he is alone. It's when he's alone that his thoughts catch up with him and he feels that they will consume him if he isn't careful.
Damien is the flirty outgoing type. If someone catches his eye, he goes after it. No question. In Damien's world, he doesn't lose. Damien takes what he thinks he deserves and even things that he just plain wants. He's fun and loves the thrill of a great adventure but when it comes to things and people he loves, he becomes serious and protective.
Damien also has a mind that can beat even the most educated scholar. He figured things out quickly and leaves nothing to chance. Damien likes complex things and works well under pressure. A trait that comes in handy as a detective.
History:
Damien is an only child. His father, Henry Mackenzie, made his way in the world as a very successful business man. It wasn't long before he met Damien's mother, Anastasia. Anastasia was Henry's assistant. Their love was forbidden since they worked with each other but the went against the rules and continued their relationship in secret. Not long after, Damien was born. They couple was thrilled and decided to leave the business they worked for and start their own. The odds were in their favor and their business was a success. Damien grew up wanting for nothing. He had everything a kid could ever want, except real friends. There were parties and social functions but the kids that were his age were as stuffy as their parents and didn't know how to have fun.
It was in that isolation that Damien found knowledge. Damien read and read and read, learning anything he could about the world and how it worked. He found that he had more of an interest in detective work and problem solving, so instead of becoming a business man like his father wanted, Damien chose to study law enforcement and forensics. He was the best at it too. No one could compare to him when he started his career and every state wanted him to solve their mysteries. Now, he travels wherever he's needed, solving murders that no one else can crack.

✤ History ✤

Alec was born to a mother and a father..just like any kid. He was spoiled rotten by his dad, being the only boy out of three girls and the youngest. He was so close to his dad..the two were inseparable. They built tree houses, made pinewood derby cars and surfed. All the time. It was their thing. Alec was almost as pro as his dad by the times he was seven. He was happy. Beyond happy. Until his life turned upside down. There was a car accident when he was eight. His dad, and two oldest sisters were in the car. His dad and his oldest sister were killed instantly, while his second oldest sister had broken her leg and arm. The results were devastating. The family's close relationship dissolved. Everyone was devastated; but no one was as affected as Alec. He was depressed, lost without his best friend. He couldn't recover. It was so hard. Everyone reached out to him with love and support..except for his mom. Somehow she blamed Alec for her late husband's death. She was cold, cruel towards him, never letting him forget.
Alec quickly became a shell of the outgoing rebellious boy he used to be. He was quiet, shy, following the rules. He never spoke out..never smiled, never laughed. His mom was constantly lashing out at him, and he worst part was that his sisters did nothing. They watched their little brother cry, listened to his cry for help. And did nothing. The only way Alec could be happy and himself was when he was surfing. It was a drug, an addiction. He couldn't live without it. It was the only thing that could make him smile. He spent his time at school, the beach, and at work; avoiding his home. He was not about to go to the place that hurt him the most.
Eventually it got to the point where his mother refused to speak to him. She avoided looking at him, and talking to him. It was hard for him to stay out of her way..because she seemed to be everywhere. Everywhere. She sent him off to military school where he was taught by his friends to use his anger to his advantage. He graduated at the age of seventeen and found that his family had moved to a small town in Maine. This man..Mr. rogers was a jerk to Alec. Always telling him to shape up. Well..you won't hear that any more.

There is a part of her, however small it may be, a part that she lost when her parents died, that wants to be free, but she will never let it out for fear of losing herself completely.

When Phoenix was young, her family was brutally murdered. She had been a girl like any other, but her family's death effected her so severely that she started hating the world. She was originally born in New York, but when it was discovered that she had family in a small town in Maine, the government had her move. It was in that town that she met Alec Hansen. I love her! Where should we start?? :)
:D yay!And how about we start with Damien going to question Indiana? Not sure what we're gonna do with the killers yet so let just rp Damien and Indi until we get somewhere
((Sure thang ;) ))Damien drove through the small town, passing the local grocery store and gas station before he even made it two miles past the welcome sign. These jobs were the worst. It was harder to immerse himself in the town and get facts from the people. There was always one person though that helped him out if he really tried, but with most locals it was like pulling teeth. Damien had gotten the call about the murder a few days ago. He had been reluctant to take it because he felt like it was a simple job but in the end agreed because it would keep himself busy. He glanced at the folder sitting on the seat beside him, looking for the address of the murdered's house. He wanted to check out the crime scene but also talk to the neighbor. The file said that she had been the one to find him.
Indi laid on her couch, trying to get the image of her "dad" laying on the ground with a bullet would out of her head. That was scaring really. Plus, it was on her birthday. Can't get much worse than that. "Indiana! Want some juice?" Her mother asked, yelling from the kitchen. Indi shook her head, but then remembered that her mother couldn't see her, and responded. "No thanks." She shouted back, closing her eyes. That image was horrifying. Totally scary. She stood up, pulling her over sized sweater closer around her, as she walked outside to sit on the front porch. She watched as person after person looked around, giving her a weird look before continuing walking. She had grown up here..she knew these people. Why would they think she did it? Because she didn't. Grant Rogers was like her dad. She hated being without him. It sucked. A lot.
It wasn't long before Damien pulled up to the small house. It looked like any normal neighbor, but he knew that it didn't matter where a person lived. Something bad could happen anywhere. He sat in the car for a moment, going through his files once more, looking at the pictures of Mr. Rogers and statements that were given. Indiana Daniels was the one who had found him and according to her statement, they had been close. Damien exited the car, his eyes scanning the house and those around it. The neighboring house, the one he knew to be Indiana's, had someone outside. Might as well talk to someone first, he thought, walking across the driveway towards the front porch. The girl that sat there was around his age. She had to be Indiana. "Indiana Daniels?" he asked.
Indi watched as a car she had never seen before pulled up into Mr. Rogers Driveway. It had to be the detective they hired. Of course. He was young, about her age, and she couldn't help but notice how..handsome he was. Yes, she was traumatized by her discovery, but...he was still handsome. Probably a self centered jerk however...so who cares. She pulled the sleeves of her long tribial sweater over her hands and pulled up the beige socks that covered her leggings. She looked down, staring at her combat boots, avoiding eye contact with the judgmental person, until he spoke. He called out her name, the hideous one that only her mom called her by. She looked up, her big blue eyes wide and nervous. "Yeah. But I go by Indi." She said cautiuously, staring as he approached. She crossed her arms over her chest, feeling defensive. "If you are here to accuse me, I didn't do it." She said automatically, moving one seat over so he could sit at the seat across from her. Yeah. She may be defensive and scared, but she would let him ask his stupid questions. Maybe get some of her own in.
As the girl stood, Damien was slightly thrown off by her appearance. He wasn't expecting her to look as attractive as she did even though he had seen her photo in his file. She looked better in person. Clearing his throat, he mentally shook off his distraction. "Indiana," he repeated. He wasn't going to become familiar with her and calling her by a nickname was acting like he knew her. "Miss Daniels, I am not here to accuse you of anything, I assure you. I'm just here to figure out what happened to your neighbor." He flipped open the files he still held in his hand, scanning the information. "Would you mind if I asked you a few questions? It says that you were really close with Mr. Rogers and it's always best to start with the closest acquaintances."
Indi rolled her eyes hating this formality. It made this entire situation ten times worse in her opinion. "I won't answer any questions until you call Me Indi." She said stubbornly, gesturing for him to sit. "Well...what am I supposed to call you? I mean, I am so not going to tell a complete stranger my entire life story until you tell me at least your name." She said with a small smile, her brown hair falling in her face as she rested her head on her hands. Indiana didn't even feel like she was asking much. She just wanted to make sure that she could trust this guy, and he wouldn't use the information to frame her. It happened before! Then again...it was on Judge Judy..but hey, they have to get their ideas from somewhere. "Indiana! You have to eat something! You haven't eaten all day!" Indi let out a grown, throwing her hands up in the air. "Mom! I'm not hungry! I'm busy. .I'll eat later!" She shouted back through the door. "Sorry. I came back to live with my mom during the summer, and honestly, its been awful." She whispered, just so her mom wouldn't hear. "Heard that." She shouted, and Indi laughed. "Love you!" She looked back at the detective before closing the door so that her mom wouldn't disturb them. "Really though. We can sit here all day."
Damien raised an eyebrow at her attitude. This girl was definitely going to be a handful. "I guess I can do that, India-Indi," he said with an awkward smile. He wasn't used to being informal with any of the people he questioned. "Damien. My name is Damien Mackenzie, and I'm not asking for your whole life story," he said, a slight smirk spreading across his face, "I only want to know about your relationship with Mr. Rogers and anything you might have found unusual about the company he kept or even what he was like in his last days." Damien was startled by the shouting coming from the house. He should have expected her to be living with someone this time of year, but that little detail had slipped his mind. That wasn't something he usually let happen and he mentally scolded himself for it. "It's quite alright. I may even want to talk to her when we're finished. Did she know Mr. Rogers very well?"
Indi smiled, completely satisfied. "Thank you." She knew it would complicated, at first because you know...he had never questioned anyone like Indiana Daniel. Indi was very good about being stubborn enough to get her way. Very good. "Nice to meet you Damien." She said with a warm smile, leaning back on her chair. When he told her what he wanted, she laughed. "That is my whole life story." He practically raised her. There wasn't a memory that Indi had without him in it. It was totally precious and she loved it. She really missed good old Mr. Rogers. He was...pratcially. No scratch practically. He was her dad. "Yeah. I mean they were friends. but nothing like what me and him were like." She said with a small shrug, trying to remember if they were ever close. "I do remember them dating when I was little, but it didn't work out." She acknowledged, trying to remember anything else. "Unless they had any secret love affairs, than that's about it."
((Sorry!))Damien gave her a small nod, "Same goes to you," his clients were normally reserved and tried to hold back as much information from him as they could. Indi though, she seemed to be very forthcoming as long as she knew what she was getting into. He felt that she was the same as him, curious about anything and everything. Clearing his throat, Damien looked back down at his file, moving some papers around until he found his notebook. "Okay, so start with how you met him and what your relationship was like. I'm not accusing you of killing him, but I need as much information as I can get in order to solve this thing," Damien said with a small, reassuring smile. He nodded his head at her description of her mother's relationship with the victim. "I think I'll have a word with her too still."
((Its Ok!))
Indi nodded, running her fingers through her wavy hair. "I was two years old when I moved here. I remember Rogers coming over to meet us, and we immediately clicked. After that I spent every moment I could at his house. He took me everywhere with him...and I loved it." She said with a smile as she remembered all the memories she had with him. "He pretty much raised me. Rogers was practically my dad. He went to every performance and birthday he could. Than this year, last week. It was my 20 birthday and I was spending it at home. He never showed up. I was of course worried because he promised he would be there. So I walked into his house...and there he was." Indi said softly, her smile fading as she remembered the image that still haunted her. She cleared her throat, watching as he took notes. "I didn't kill my dad. I didn't kill Rogers," She said softly, tears forming in her eyes. "Everyone here thinks I did. People I've grown up with think I did. But...I would never hurt anybody...let alone my dad." She said softly, running her fingers through her hair. They never said anything to her about it; but she saw it in there eyes. The scornful and judgemental looks they gave her as they walked past her at the store or other places. It sucked. She cleared her throat, wiping at her blue eyes gently. "Anyway..hope that answers your question."

Damien took notes silently, listening as she spoke. It was clear in her tone how much she had cared for the man and he wondered why the townspeople automatically blamed her for his death. "Is there anything that points to you killing him? Anything that would make them think you did it?" He glanced up to see tears in her eyes and couldn't stop himself from reaching over and taking her hand gently. "Hey, it's okay. I'm going to find out who did this. I never fail at a job," he smiled slightly, his promise hanging in the air between them. He never normally promised his clients but there was something about Indi that had him doing things he never normally did.
Indi listened to his questions and she shrugged, trying to think. "Well...We had this fight before I left to go back to school this Christmas. He said he wanted me to find a nice man, and not be with the jerk I had been dating. I resisted, insisting that he was great! He wasn't. We broke up in may...when I came back and told Rogers he was as smug as can be." She said with a small chuckle. "I laughed. I don't see why they thought I would kill him over that." She said with a small sigh, feeling a little stressed out. It was like hurtful that the people who she had grown up with didn't believe her when she said that she didn't kill him. Indi smiled as he took her hand, nodding. "Thanks. That means a lot..but I think it might be harder than you think. I mean..this town isn't known for its friendly people." Indiana said with a small nod. They both knew it was true. This town wasn't exactly...welcoming to new people. Indi knew he needed help. So why not her? "I can help you. It might be easier if you have someone on your side who knows the town and its people..inside out." Plus it will help her cope with her loss. That too.
"It's always the small fights that get people in a tizzy," Damien said, shaking his head. Her story didn't warrant any suspicion. That it...as long as she was telling the truth. But he felt that she was. There was nothing telling him that she wasn't trustworthy or that she was hiding something. "You're probably the most forthcoming client I've had," he murmured with a soft chuckle. It was a miracle to find someone willing to help him. Damien knew it wouldn't be east, it never was, but he had been doing this job long enough to know how to get information out of people. "I appreciate your offer, but I know what it takes to figure out a problem. That's why they called me. I'm the best. Plus it can get dangerous and I'm not going to put a civilian in danger just to make my life easier, but if I am ever in need of your help, I'll let you know." He wasn't about to get some poor girl killed just because he thought he could use her to question the rest of the town. That wasn't right.
Indiana pulled her hand back, using it to do her hair in a messy dutch French braid. She nodded as he spoke, laughing slightly. "I want to help. Whoever killed Rogers shouldn't get away with it." She said simply, shrugging when he told her she was the easiest client he had. Lots of people thought she was very complying, and she was...when she wanted to be. If she agreed with whatever was going on; Indi would help in whatever way she could. She sighed, giving him a look. "Please? It'll make me feel better. Plus It will help me feel like I'm helping bring whoever hurt my best friend to justice. Please?" Indiana begged, her bottom lip forming into a pout that even the most stubborn person could not resist. "Please!"
The way the Indiana begged for him to let her help him had some of his resolve breaking. He could see how much helping him would help her cope with Rogers death but, he still didn't want to put her in any unnecessary danger. "Indiana - Indi," he corrected himself, "I still don;t think it would be wise for you to help me to the extent that you want to. You could become a target of the killers and I don't want to take that chance," he took a deep breath. Turning down a good opportunity at help wasn't something he liked to do, but in this situation, it was something he had to do. "I know where to find you if I have anymore questions or if I just need to be shown around the town, but other than that, I think you should leave the sleuthing to me. It is what I'm good at after all."
Indi raised an eyebrow, shaking her head. "Come on Damein, I am twenty years old. I'm pretty sure I know how to handle myself. Please. I need something to do. I can't just sit around all day and see the image of my best friend dead. Because its there and I cant get it out of my head unless I'm busy," She said stubbornly, mostly begging now. She wasnt giving in obviously, and she knew how to defend herself. She had taken classes. She just really didn't want to sit around and do nothing all day. It wasn't right. She had to help. She had to make it up to Rogers. "Plus, Don't you think that its my risk to take? I mean it is my life." She pointed out, raising an eyebrow. Indiana had made very good points about all of this. She knew how to handle herself. So why wouldn't he let her tag along? It would be...amazing if she could help really. "I get where your coming from..but please?"
"But it's my job to protect people, Indi," Damien argued. He could stop arguing and not give her a choice in the matter like he was supposed to, but with every word she spoke, his resolve cracked that much more. Damien sighed, rubbing his forehead absently. "If I let you help me and something happens to you, I could lose my job for putting an innocent in danger." He warred with himself for a few more moments before sighing in defeat. "You have to follow everything I tell you and you can't take any unnecessary risks. I won't have your death on my hands." He said, looking into her blue eyes seriously. He wasn't going to take any chances with her. None whatsoever.
Indi nodded, completely agreeing. "Exactly. But this is my choice, and I want too." She said stubbornly, her blue eyes lit up with excitement as he began to cave. No one could really say no to her. She just had that aura of confidence and happiness that made people want to give her that stuff that she wanted, to make her happy. Plus, she was beautiful, and that got her places too. It probably got her on the little road trip actually. Indi nodded, grinning happily. "I will! Promise!" She said with a wide smile, leaning over and kissing his cheek gently. "You won't regret it." She promised, giving him a small wink. "I'm going to go get my mom!" She walked inside, her brown combat boots making noises as she walked around the house. "Mom! The detective wants to talk to you!" She said to her mother, who had just put cookies and milk on a plate. "Oh good. Maybe you will eat something while we talk." The two girls headed outside, Indi placing a glass of milk in front of him, and her mom placing the cookies down and sitting in Indi's old chair while she pulled up a new one next to Damien. "Ok. Ask her."
What have I just done? Damien asked himself as Indi's eyes got brighter with excitement as he told her she could help him. When her lips brushed his cheek, he stiffened slightly, unsure of what to do with this situation. He wasn't used to people touching him or showing him affection, considering how he had been raised. Thankfully Indiana was already walking away to get her mother. Shifting in his seat, Damien looked over his notes one last time before he was ready to talk with her mother. He hoped she was like her daughter. People like them always made things better. When a glass of milk and a plate of cookies were set in front of him. he glanced up and smiled. "Thank you," he said, reaching for one of the cookies. It had been years since anyone gave him a homemade cookie and he relished in the sweet taste. "Okay," he said once he swallowed, "Ms. Daniels, I just want to ask you about your relationship with Rogers and if you noticed anything unusual in the days before his death."
Indi laughed as he stiffened underneath her touch. "You are going to have to get used to people touching you. We might seem tough on the outside, but this town is very very touchy feely." She said with a small laugh, pulling her mom outside. Harley Daniels watched her daughter interact with the detective and could tell there was some attraction between the two. She wasn't sure how she felt about that actually. Indi watched her mother carefully, reaching forward and grabbing herself a chocolate chip cookie. Her mom gave her a relieved look, glad her daughter finally are something before answering the boys question. "Grant and I were...friends with benefits basically." She said with a small chuckle, shaking her head. "He and I...we have had some fun times." Indi raises an eyebrow, completely surprised. Yup. Secret love affair. Darn it. "A month before he died, he had this....teenage boy, around Indi's age water his plants for a week. The boy and him had a huge argument about money..and the boy never came back. I don't know who he was. Sorry. That was it though." She said with a small shrug, looking back and forth between the two. "Does that answer your question?"
Damien gave her a tight smile, hating how she had caught his reaction. He would have to school himself not to show his reactions as much around her. It wasn't a big deal with others, but she had managed to get past most of his walls without any work at all and that scared him. Damien felt her mother's eyes on him, and he shifted, uncomfortable with her eyes scrutinizing him the way they were. Once she began her story, he was able to relax slightly. These people were nothing like he dealt with before and he could already feel himself growing an attachment to this town and that was something he couldn't afford. His interest was peaked when Harley mentioned another person interacting with Grant. "And this boy. What did he look like?" It didn't matter that it was just one fight. It didn't matter that he never came around again. No one knew where this boy went and that was something that screamed suspicion. Damien had a feeling that this boy knew a lot about Mr. Rogers. "Yes, that answers my question perfectly," Damien said with a smile.
