What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Main character falls in love with a locket picture shown to her by a family lawyer?,servant? She agrees to an arranged marriage, then arrives at the castle to find that all the family males have some kind of curse involving the women they marry. Her groom's father is a meddling ghost. I think she persuades him to leave them alone. I also think that the groom's cousin? is trying to kill one or both of them. I know that there's at least one more book in the series, possibly two.

I don't think so, but there's the 'forced' marriage and ghost/cursed elements.
