Time to Vote for the September Tag
So one is way too easy. One can be done. One would be a real challenge - really tempted to vote for the latter just to see what reasonable reads you all come up with...
I think the voting powers will end up canceling each other due to the different preferences. On these choices I have full confidence that they are not needed.
Voted. I'm sorry to say I went for the easy one. Unfortunately, the other two don't appeal to me at all :(
Or we could all read 61 Hours which is the only book LibraryThing comes up with for the tagmash of the three choices. I even have it on the TBR...

I really, really did not want to vote for the most general tag but I don't have any books, I haven't already read, that fit either of the other two tags. Dang, sorry guys. :/
Since I'll still be doing the reading road trip across the U.S. next month it was really easy to figure out which tag would be simplest to fit into that. I've never heard of any of the books on the first page of one of the other tags.
Two tags where I have zero on my tbr for the first THREE pages! That said, I voted for one of those (the one where I have actually read some of the books on those 3 pages, not the one where I haven't because I didn't see anything appealing, although surely if I were to go on every page at least ONE book might work????) That said, the easiest one would be fine for me, too!

Sushicat wrote: "Or we could all read 61 Hours which is the only book LibraryThing comes up with for the tagmash of the three choices. I even have it on the TBR..."Thanks for the laugh! Not exactly a Jack Reacher fan here, I don't think (can't remember if I dropped the one I tried or finished, but I don't recall being a fan).
As long as it's not bikers, I'll be good. Hoping for an easy September- I'll be on vacation almost the whole month, and I NEVER have time to read on vacation. Did see The Hunger Games, Cinder, Red Queen, Divergent, The Maze Runner, lots of YA dystopia on 'Cliffhanger'.

Yes, plenty of good books on Cliffhanger!!!!!
The Motorcycle Diaries: Notes on a Latin American JourneyZen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An Inquiry Into Values
Could work. Otherwise it looks awful. I voted. Not for bikers :)

I also halfway consider bikers, because I love to read slow travel books, walking, kayaking, canoe, biking, but I don't have anything lined up. I read a book a few years back about biking the length of Finland and one about biking across Russia, both were good and I would love something like that rather than what I saw on the first 3 pages.
I still went the easy way out.
Having found one that fits all proposed tags right there on my TBR I'm totally relaxed about the outcome. But I did vote for the easy one. I want to reach the West Coast...
I did notice that cliffhanger aligns with series. You can't each just one potato chip. Gotta keep going.
But what tipped the scales for me with the easy is two classic books I have never read, that i'd like to. Plus I thought that tag was sort of a neat one. Plus, I just had the afterthought that we all could use both the advantage and inspiration of both history and pride these days.

Sushicat wrote: "Or we could all read 61 Hours which is the only book LibraryThing comes up with for the tagmash of the three choices. I even have it on the TBR..."LOL!
Sushicat wrote: "I wonder if we will get 100% vote for one tag this month..."Well, apparently even the "one can be done" isn't getting votes? Sigh... that was my hope. The other is just way too broad for my liking. The 3rd one way too specific!

I did NOT vote for the broad one!!!!! I voted for the one that can be done!!!!!!!!! Who cares if there is usually a sequel????
I looked through pages and pages for Biker and I can't even believe it is a top 200 tag! The other tag I thought I'd have books for are only books I've already read. So I don't feel I have any choice but I would be happy with that! So I voted!
Barbara, We are using the top 300 tags now, so biker was in the top 300. But we have voted for tags between 200 and 300 before; biker is a bit weird.
Some of us, who shall remain nameless, would be happy with a broad tag (where are the emojis when you need them, lol).
Voted! I love the euphemisms being used for the "that which cannot be written" catagories. I chose the "broad one" because I like choices. The "one that can be done" appears to be romance or YA. Manwhore????????????WTH! After 43 years of teaching middle schoolers, I've read enough YA to gag a horse. (Sorry horse lovers). And Bikers-no words. So "broad one" bring it on! Diane (with a P)

I really don't want to read "biker" because I doubt I could really relate to most of them, though I'm often surprised when I read outside my comfort zone.

You're right, it doesn't look too bad at all!

One is on my wishlist. I guess the other should be.
There are many great choices in Cliffhanger!!!!! But naturally the broad one will be VERY easy to fulfill and we'll get a zillion reviews (give or take a few).

We are so busy trying not to influence each other too much, but just enough so we aren't stuck reading a book about motorcycling.
