Thanks Cordelia. The choice was hard to make, I've been meaning to read many of the 5. Can't wait to see the results. When will they be known?

Um... this time tomorrow I expect!

I hated Lord of the Flies and in middle school, I wrote a five page paper why I couldn't finish reading Animal Farm because I found it so terrible. It's an ongoing joke that the books Lord of the Flies and Animal Farm continue to haunt me and here were are. Hysterical! Oh, and if you're wondering about that paper, my teacher said she couldn't give me a grade for it but she wouldn't fail me either. Secretly, she agreed with my points.
So exciting! 😊 I voted for The Tenant of Wildfell Hall as I happen to have a copy in my to-read pile!
My vote goes to The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte. A friend recommended it today so I'm happy about finding it here :)
Animal Farm! I know every book fairy loves to read but with the story being so short, I think it would be a great first choice. More fairies could have the chance to finish Mr. Orwell's book. I heard it was published in August!

I've voted for Lord of the Flies, but would love if any had majority of votes!
I voted for Lord of the Flies because I keep meaning to read it. I didn't take English Lit at school but remember my friends talking about Lord of the Flies and I didn't know what they were on about!
I have never even heard of some of these books. Will you be choosing newer ones in all age groups in the future?

Possibly! It will be a different theme each month, with the aim to bring different types of books into people's lives :)

So excited about this book club me and my best friend did our first round as book Fairies's in London yesterday it's so much fun!
I had to study Lord of the flies at school and I absolutely hated it! it would be interesting to see if, as an adult, I react differently to it. I have already read Tess of the d'ubervilles and quite enjoyed it but I'd really like one of the other three to be picked as I haven't read those and I find it hard to reread books. animal farm is something that I wouldn't pick up normally so would definitely fit the idea of taking us out of our comfort zones.
Haven't read all of them but since I already have Lord of the Flies in my bookshelf. I voted for it! So Lord of the Flies for me!!!
