I really liked this interview you did with Sarah. Anytime I get to hear her go in depth on her writing process is always incredibly fascinating. I hope you'll bring in other authors in the future to share their processes and their reasons for why they do what they do as well.I'm sorry I have been kind of off the radar since "The Whale Rider." A lot has been going on since then; including but not limited to the sudden loss of a friend, writing a script for a writing workshop, getting said script accepted to be featured in a showcase that's starting in a few days, releasing a short piece of political fiction, starting the writing process on my third novel, reading other books, having my own book reading, and attending other authors' book readings (one of them being Sarah's). I'm aiming to get back into the conversations with "Goodbye, Vitamin," just in time for the first anniversary since the establishment of this book club and podcast.
I look forward to reading with you all again.
Congrats on the script, Lauren!I liked this podcast too. Now, I'm going to check out Heroine Complex from my library.
