What are you initial thoughts with this book? This is the author's debut novel...can you tell that it's a debut novel? Any characters that you like/dislike? Any themes that you are seeing now or that you are predicting are going to happen in the future?

I just got through the first two notebooks. I am LOVING this writing. Janet Benton's writing is beautiful but not over the top. I am absolutely in love with Lilli's character already. Benton has written her so well that I am totally relating with a lot of what this girl is going through, and I'm just really rooting for her!!. I haven't personally gone through this, but know former patients that have. I am really feeling so sorry for all the young women in this Women's Haven. I can't wait to keep reading

Jan W. Mc I agree, Robyn! Janet Benton writes lovely, flowing prose. As tumultuous as Lilli's experience is, reading the story is a soothing experience for me. I am 80 pages in at the moment, but I think this will be a quick read for me.

I had not heard of this book. Thanks so much for putting it forward for me to enjoy!
