Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments I finished book 2 and enjoyed it immensely. The are a couple of chapters where the new characters really, really grated on me and I couldn't wait for the story to move on, now just waiting eagerly until Tuesday for the third book

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments I recommend The Book of Life, however, you need to read the first two books otherwise it'll make no sense. This is an excellent conclusion to the trilogy and although quite a fair sized book, it was a fast read and over far too soon. A rare end where the ends are tied up satisfactorily. This is quite a girly series.

what genre is this im just worndering. I am tempted to pick up the first book to see what it is like to be honest. I just love reading fantasy and science fiction at the moment.

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments Fantasy with witches, vampires and demons living in current times. The second book involved time travel. Mystery, adventure and romance too. Possibly a bit girly, not ya - hope that helps!

ahh cool thanks chris I think I can get along with this series then. I was I hoping it wasn't going to be OTT on the girlyness if you know what I mean.
