Description: Archie is an outgoing, straight-shooting type. Enthusiastic and excitable, Archie is a "doer" who lives in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-taker, he is willing to plunge right into things and get his hands dirty. Archie lives in the here-and-now, and places little importance on introspection or theory. He quickly decides what should be done, executes the action, and moves on to the next thing. Archie has an uncanny ability to perceive people's attitudes and motivations. He picks up on little cues which go completely unnoticed by most other people, such as facial expressions and stance. He's typically a couple of steps ahead of the person he is interacting with. Archie uses this ability to get what he wants out of a situation. Rules and laws are seen as guidelines for behavior, rather than mandates. However, Archie tends to have his own strong belief in what's right and what's wrong, and will doggedly stick to his principles. The Rules of the Establishment may hold little value to Archie, but his own integrity mandates that he will not under any circumstances do something which he feels to be wrong. Archie has a strong flair for drama and style. He is a fast-moving, fast-talking person who has an appreciation for the finer things in life. Description: Archie was born on a warm September afternoon in Athens, Greece. Growing up, Archie lived with his mother and father. They were half decent parents, but Archie still got into plenty of trouble. They moved around a lot for his father's work, which was fine, but it kept Archie from making too many friends. When he was twelve, his mother died tragically under mysterious circumstances. His father acted like they had ran out of milk rather than losing a member of the family. His father went on immediately to marry another woman, a human woman. She had a daughter that was six. One look at her and Archie understood everything. His father had been cheating on his mother. How did he know? Because that girl was most definitely his daughter. Archie spent the rest of the time growing up very internalized. And once he was an adult, he moved out and became a teacher.

Growing up, Skylar and her family were quite poor. They had always been in the run from hunters. Roxanne and James were disgusted with themselves for being part demon, and they were determined to prove that they were good. They hid dark magic from Skylar, until one day, she met a powerful warlock. He told her that he would make it so that she would never have to run away in fear again, if she owed him a favor. Eagerly, she agreed and signed a contract with her own blood. The warlock taught her dark magic, and she became obsessed with it. She quickly grew as powerful as her mentor, but there was one last step to his lesson. Skylar had to kill her own parents, because to the warlock, love is a weakness. She refused, but the warlock wouldn't take no as an answer. He activated the contract, forcing Skylar to kill her parents in cold blood. She grew so bitter and angry at her mentor that she killed him. She fled London, in fear that she would be caught. Skylar stumbled upon Elysium. Almost immediately, she signed up for the school, hoping she could have a fresh start. Now, Skylar only makes deals where she has the upper hand.

Dai stands at a height of 5’8’’ and weighs a total of 148 ibs. He has a lean, but muscular body type, that allows him to hold his own. His natural hair is black, but he prefers to die it either a pastel blue or purple. His nationality is Korean and Italian. Dai gets the Korean side from his mom, and often tries to honor her heritage when at home and in the daily life. Clothing style is one of his own, he’s not afraid to stand out, and loves to dress up, but usually wears casual clothes when in public. As for distinguishing marks he doesn’t have any tattoos, although his ear is pierced, and he has the fire mark of a Warlock.

Dai is a very up and at ‘em kind of guy, and he never sits back and takes the time to watch things get done. In other words he’s impatient and likes to finish things quickly, but that’s never necessarily a bad thing… Unless of course it come to relationships. In that case he’s awful at them and can’t keep a friend to save his life, never mind his romantic history. Of course he likes to take his liberties and flirt with just about anything that walks on two legs, but when it comes down to it he’s a commitmentphobe and he can’t seem to go longer than three or four months in a relationship.
Dai is a complete sponge when it comes to learning silly little facts and training techniques, but when it comes to learning in the classroom he often can’t handle it due to his ADHD, and he’s easily distracted by lots of things. When it comes to sports he’s completely bipolar. He’ll either be one to sit the entire game/activity out, or he’ll be the one that never gets off the field, and he’ll be a complete ball hog. Along with that he’s a total sore-loser, and hates losing more than most, and will sometimes be known to sulk for longer periods than necessary.

[A Rocky Start]
It’s safe to say that Dai’s parents, didn’t so much as like each other. This may have been due to their arranged marriage as well. They were born from two very powerful Warlock families, so it was only meant for them to be together. They practically avoided each other all through high school, never even daring to make eye contact in the hallways. But then, a year before they were finally to be married they began to slowly tolerate each other, and from that a relationship was built, and they became friends. And soon developed into best friends. They didn’t understand at all how’d they’d been so petty in previous years. Once the marriage finally came they accepted it, after all, who wouldn’t want to fall in love and marry their best friend?
[Beginning Anew]
Soon after their wedding they discovered that they were carrying a child, and they couldn’t be more delighted. A son. A baby boy? How could life get any better? But apparently asking such questions makes fate a really bitch. After Dai was born they learned only a few months later that his mother, Song, would no longer be able to have any children due to medical reasons. Of course they were heartbroken, but at least they had someone to thank for their baby boy. In his early years they cuddled and coddled him, never really giving him any sort of chance to grow up, which is why he’s occasionally still soft to the world today.

Dai came into his powers at the early age of ten, and soon mastered them with the help of both his parents. He felt completely on top of the world with everything in his life until his mother fell sick. Some would blame it on the demon inside of her, but the where the sickness came from, or what it was never seemed to be clear. At her death Dai became slightly more reserved, and closed himself off from his loving family and friends. A year after mourning he began to open up again, but he wouldn’t really let himself commit to relationships of any sort. And he’s much the same today. Always has a smile on his face, but underneath not all the same. Also, in memory of his mother he has kept her last name rather than his fathers.

Description: Darina may look like an angel, but don't be fooled. She has a knack for getting into all sorts of trouble with her sassy attitude and curious mind. She is very protective of her younger brother and often uses the phrase "do as I say and not as I do" as to (try to) keep him out of trouble. She has strong morals and is very outspoken with what she feels strongly about. She keeps her sensitive side hidden away, out of the sight of others as to not seem weak. She always tries to seem brave and strong-willed, maybe as a result of always trying to be a role model for her younger sibling. Description: Darina's parents were quite loving despite being half-demon. They had met each other at Elysium when they were only 16 years old. At first the two were sworn enemies, both competing to be the top in their class, but after the two graduated they realized how petty they had been and a formed a friendship that soon bloomed into much more.
When Darina's mother found out that she was going to have a baby girl, the couple were overjoyed. They couldn't be happier with their lives. Only a year after Darina was born they had a baby boy. All was happy and well with the young family. Darina couldn't remember a more perfect time in her life, but then everything went downhill.
Darina's parents were always careful to remind their kids of the danger of humans. Humans were not to be trusted, for their ignorance and their fear of what they didn't understand made them savage. They should have listened to their own advice. When Darina was only 7 and her brother only 6, their parents went on a trip to somewhere unknown, leaving their children with a trusted friend. They never said why they were leaving or where they were going to, just that it was important and they would be back soon. Except after nearly a month of waiting for to them return, news came back that the couple had been murdered by a group of humans that hunted magical beings.
Now parentless, Darina and her brother didn't know what would happen to them. It was decided that they would continue to stay with their parents friend, whom they called their uncle. Darina was, and still is, very protective of her younger brother. She holds a deep untrust for humans, hating the way they tore her family apart. She would never admit it, but humans scare her. She remains strong and brave though, and if she were to ever become frightened or nervous, you would never be able to tell.
