It’s a demon-eat-demon world for Nick Gautier. I'm on the first chapter and I've had to stop reading at least 3 times just to compose myself. This book might kill me.

I can't say. There were interesting snippets in every chapter. And that ending!!! Someone needs to enligthen me a little more on that. Because I was a little whiplashed by it.
I have other questions also. But I want to wait a few more hours untill more people finish the book before posting any spoilers😜😜😜.

Awww now I can't wait to read it! Does anyone know if it will be available in paperback tomorrow anywhere in the U.S.? I looked on B&N's website and it only lists the audiobook for preorder...

Maybe it was a typo? I'm sure they meant December 2017. But even then is way too long a wait when we were promised that it would be released the 5th of SEPTEMBER.

how did everyone get ebook already? I am still waiting :( I keep restarting my Nook to see if it is out early like it usually is.

So sorry to hear of physical copies coming out so far from now. We have waited long enough already.

Yeah, I'm not sure but here is what I think happened... (view spoiler)[it's like Nick split himself in two, leaving some of his "self" behind as an oblivious mortal to live the life we knew from the early DH books. Meanwhile, he has taken himself and all of his knowledge of the other timeline, to the future to have a meeting with Ambrose. I think it's similar to what was done to Bathymaas where the part of her who remembered was its own entity. (hide spoiler)]

And Takeshi said "She’s not supposed to look like this. That’s not her body …" Given that Kody was also tricked by her bosses and her memory isn't all that reliable, maybe she really isn't supposed to look like that and never has. I was also curious about (view spoiler)[who the teenage girl was, I'm pretty sure that by then Kody was already dead, Nick had already decided to take the water of Lethe and before he forgot everything he went to the future to talk to Ambrose. At least that's how I saw it, might have been something completely different

And I have a question about what Takeshi said to Kody/Nyria, he asked her about remembering her children, but so far we've only seen Charity right?

But I do think it's Laguerre, she seems stupid and power hungry enough to do that. (hide spoiler)]

Okay, so I just finished Intensity.

WOW! What a ride! =) Soooooo many answers were provided in this book, tying into the Dark-Hunter series. Granted, new questions have sprung up, and I'm still processing the very end. (And now I'm both sad and hopeful, plus a few theories of mine are being ... refined.)

I'll elaborate a bit more on my thoughts at a later point in time. =)

I feel the same than most: sad, confusion but hopefull. A lot of emotions running right now.
