Maya smiled thinking of Josh. She sighed and looked up just as someone threw a spitball in her hair. She sighed. Yay...
Josh was just settling inside his desk in the back. A couple rows away from Maya's. He saw someone throw the spitball into her hair. Josh stood up angrily. "You better go apologize now." He snaps at the kid who did it. The kid who was another guy stood up and went over to Maya and mumbled his apology. Josh nodded.
Maya blushed and ducked her head. Oh god... "Can't stand up for yourself!" A couple of girls laughed and maya sighed. This sucked
Josh glanced at the girls. "Like you could ever either. All you do in your spare time is gossip. That's all you two know to do." He tells them.
Maya looked up at Josh. "It's alright josh. Just... Sit down okay." She smiled
Josh watched her for a second then say down only because she asked. Josh shot the kids glares.
Maya ducked her head. School needed to end. Her head shot up when she saw a boy writing on her cast
Josh watched Maya the whole class he was afraid people would pick on her again. He knew people right now were just jealous of her. Josh frowned. He saw someone writing on her cast and he craned his neck to see what they were writing.
Maya instantly blushed and jerked her cast back.
The smirked. His name was Cameron. He wrote:
"You're hot! Call me, Cameron"

Josh saw her blush. He was confused to why and he couldn't see what was written on her cast from so far away. He sighed leaning back.
When the bell finally sounded Josh hopped up and went to Maya's side. He couldn't see her cast form his angle next to her. "So what that kid sign on your cast?" He asks her.
She blushed and shook her head. "Nothing much..." He would get mad..
"So just his name then?" He asks her curiously wondering why she wouldn't tell him.
She sighed and stick out her cast for him to read. Her cheeks red.
Josh read it and anger flared through him. He stared at her for a moment. He clenched and unclenched his jaw. "I'll be back." He says then walks into the boys bathroom so he could calm himself down some. He felt very protective over her.
Maya winced. Oh god. She sighed and stood up and yelled as someone slapped her butt.
Josh turned on his heel when he heard her yell. He quickly walked back to her and raised his brows. Anger still filled him. "What happened?" He asks her his voice turning soft again.
Maya blushed. Her eyes wide and a hand on her bottom. She trembled. "Someone.. I..." She sighed.
Josh figured out what happened by his actions. He trembled with anger. "Who?" He gets out, his voice as hard as stone.
Maya looked around. "I don't know.." Tears fell down her cheeks.
Josh hugged her to her. He looked around at the boys around him. "I swear if any of you even lay a finger on her I will make you wish you didn't even step in this school." He tells them. Josh hugs her tighter.
She clung to him and blushed. She sniffled and laced her fingers through his.
Josh stroked her hair. He didn't know boys would take it this far. His anger faded away as she clung to him.
"Let's go to out next class.." She whispered
"Are you sure? We can take off for the rest of the day." Josh tells her. He was worried for her.
She nodded. "Please.." She whispered.
Josh directed her quickly out of the school. He told her to stay at the school's entrance. "I'll be right back. I'm gonna bring the car around." He says before running out to the parking lot.
She sniffled and hugged herself. This was horrible. She didn't like this at all! She yelped as someone slapped her butt. It was Cameron. "Like that huh?!" He laughed and then moved swiftly kissing her deeply. Maya yelped and squirmed trying to get away
Josh came back around. He saw the kid named Cameron kissing her. Josh jumped out of the car and ripped Cameron off Maya. Then he punched him hard in the face three times before letting him drop. Josh was filled with anger all over again. He hands were actually trembling. "Let's go before I lose it all over again." He tells Maya.
Maya leaped over and grabbed

Josh pulled out of the parking lot and speeded down to his house not caring about anything other then getting Maya away from there.
"S-slow down Josh..." She whispered
"Sorry." He mutters. He slows down for her. Josh was glaring and gripping the steering wheel so tight his knuckles were turning white.
