The two experiments walked into the diner dripping wet, Elio had a dashing smile on his face as the waitress looked him up and down suspiciously. "End booth, sweet heart" she said to him. He smiled as slid into the old leather seats flipping open the menu.

"He is no sweetheart!" She called out and sat opposite of him.

"Then way are you still following me around" he practically shouted, loud enough for everyone to hear as he raised his eyebrows a mischievous smirk on his face.

"I am not following you!" She huffed crossing her arms. "You stole me!"

"Do you look like you are wear hand cuffs" he teased as the waitress approached "hello there madam, i'd like two vanilla milk shakes, a cheese burger, your house special pancakes, the king meal.." and after six minutes of ordering he closed the menu shut and handed it to her "do you want me to repeat it?" he joked, giving Red a sly wink

Red made a face and stuck out her tongue annoyed once again. But that food did sound really good...

After a few minutes of waiting the waitress came back with the shakes "there ya go darling" she said with a small smile. "Why thank you" he said as he took his, dipping his pinky in and eating the whip cream

Red rolled her eyes and then looked at the glass. Hmmm... What was it?

Elio frowned and followed Red's gaze "What are you looking at?" he asked, a little curious. Elio stuck his finger in a glass of water, spinning the waves around until they began climbing up his finger.

"I have no idea..." She trailed off and reached across the table quickly grabbing his hand. "Don't do that!" She hissed. Her eyes blazed with anger. How could he be so stupid? Doing his powers in the middle of a restraint? How stupid! People would notice and eventually the scientists would come again. "Stop it right now!" She hissed. After calming herself she leaned back and grabbed the cup that has vanilla ice cream inside. To red it just looked like a plain glass of milk that had rainbow colored things inside. She placed it on her chapped lips and took a drink.
The flavor was extraordinary. Amazement filled Red as she continue to chug it down. This was no ordinary milk! But after she had chugged it all down a pain filled her head and her hands smoothed against her temples. She let out a whimper and squeezed her eyes shut hard. "You poisoned me!" She cried out.

Elio began to laugh, raping his arms behind his neck "You have a brain freeze, kiddo" he teased snatching the milkshake back "That's what happens when you drink something cold way too fast" he put his hands on his lap, trying to find something to distract himself, Elio didn't like sitting still. Then he saw a girl walk in, she was beautiful and he gave a dashing smile and a wink in her direction.

Red glared upon the boy. He was such a jerk. She took her milkshake and dumped in on his shirt. She huffed and spun out of her seat marching towards the door. Her red messy hair was puffy and frizzy, also knotted like never before. With her arms crossed she began to exit.

Dante had been looking down at his hands as he examined the cuts. He had just gotten into a fight with some random thugs. They had attacked him for no reason, but they wanted whatever money he had. And that wasn't much. He sighed and when he walked I to the diner, he immediately bumped into a girl with red hair. He stumbled back a bit, shadows surrounding his slightly bloody hand as he felt a bit of irritation bubble up. "Well excuse you," he said in a bored tone.

Red had stumbled back and hit the doorframe. She look up at the bigger man and her fists were clenched. "Oh yeah? I was actually watching where I was going unlike you!" She huffed in her reply. Her blue eyes were narrowed. She wore a gown, the gown tht they had placed her in when she was in the lab. She had just gotten out. "You punk!" She mumbled. Red didn't even have shoes in.

Dante rolled his eyes, "Yeah, I'm a punk. At least I don't talk like one." He sighed, then noticed the gown she was wearing. His eyes widened a bit and he blinked. "You're wearing one of those gowns from the lab..." He whispered, leaning down and getting closer, "Are you one of them? The experimented kids? I've been looking all over for another one..."

Red instantly became full of fear. Her blue eyes widened and she stumbled away from the boy. Was he one of them!? The scientists!? As her emotions overcame her the ground slightly began to shake, due to her ability. "No... N-no I-I am j-just a r-regular teen girl. Who do regular teen things and... " she swallowed and stumbled in her foot falling to her bottom.

Dante shook his head, "No no, it's okay! Calm down I'm not a scientist!" He leaned down and showed her how he had shadows swirling around his hand, "See? I'm one of you too."

Red trembled and looked around then at his head. She slowly calmed down, as did the shaking of the earth. Her breaths were shaky and she swallowed again. "Oh..." She muttered. Then she was glaring once again. "You were calling me a punk! I heard you!" She mumbled blushing.

Dante huffed and stood up, "Whatever, you called me one first." He muttered. He didn't like being insulted, but then again, he also didn't care. He sighed, yawning a bit. You could tell he hasn't slept for a couple days by looking at the dark circles around his eyes. He looked exhausted, to be honest.

Red watching him yawn made her want to yawn... And of course she did. She had a cute little yawn also! She blushed after she was finished and stood up. She was a small girl if you really looked at her. "How... I mean I.... Do you know of..." She sighed and yawned again

Dante looked over at her and blinked, "Hmm? What?" He asked. He rubbed his eyes and let out a groan, leaning back against the wall by the door. "So tired..." He murmured to himself, though it was loud enough for Red to hear.

"Me too.." She whispered. She had used up so muh strength to get out of that lab! "Do you... Want to go.... Sleep someplace... I stole.." She blushed as she stated this horrible fact. "Some money... Maybe a hotel?" She suggested. She honestly didn't want to be alone.

Dante raised an eyebrow, "I suppose so. I might not sleep though. I have really bad insomnia." He groaned and closed his eyes, feeling a bit dizzy. "D*mn it..." He said and clenched his teeth.

Red looked at him slightly concerned. She huffed and walked over grabbing his hand and marching towards the hotel. "Hurry up. You can at least try and sleep." She mumbled

Dante sighed, following Red and running a hand through his hair. "Look, you don't have to stick around me. You'll probably get caught up in some random crap because of me."

"I... Can't leave you alone!" She chuckled. But the real reason was she didn't want to be alone. She never wanted to be alone. She trotted faster. "Almost there"

"Well hello gorgeous, im Elio" he said extending his hand towards her. "Sorry you look really familiar but I just cant place it" he said frowning in thought "nah, id remember a pretty face like yours" he said with another wink, trying to wipe the milkshake from his shirt

Emilio smirked "calm down, I won't bite, you look like you've just seen a ghost" he teased, sipping what was left out of his cup. She really did look familiar, maybe a scientist? No, she was like him and he knew it
