No Place Like Oz discussion

I am currently reading book 1 and I love it. I definitely want to read this one, but in my book it says available online only. Is this still the case, or has that changed?

This book is actually just background history, or so I've heard. So it's not a full-sized book, that's why it's only an e-book.
