The Perks Of Being A Book Addict discussion

Hi everyone! We are starting something new this month. We will now have two nomination threads. One will be just the same as always, where you can nominate the book of your choice. The second nomination will be themed. In the future we will nominate and vote on the theme (and there will be one winning theme, not four like this month), but for this month I will give you a few to choose from. All of the rules from the regular monthly nominations still apply.

For your August themed BOTM, please make sure your book fits one of the following themes:

❃ Has a sun on the cover.
❃ Is set on an island or beach.
❃ Has the word summer or vacation in the title.
❃ One of the main characters goes on a vacation or trip.

I didn't think of this before, but going forward could everyone add which theme their book fits? I'm finding that I have to look up each book and I'm kind of guessing at some of them, when it's not clear. Thank you!
