The Lion and the Mouse question

For those of you who are familiar with Aesop’s fable, “The Lion and the Mouse,” which version would you consider to be the most powerful? Is there a version you prefer to use with your students? If you haven’t taken a look at Pinkney’s wordless version, I encourage you to do so. It is powerful. It could be used in so many ways with all ages.
