I believe Darrow carried a borrowed razor after his was taken. As a Gold he would always have one. Cagney had his special personal razor. The second quote seems to refer to the borrowed razor Darrow carries. The other two refer to his stolen blade wielded by Cagney.
Yes, the book says that he has a borrowed razor, but then in his duel with Cassius, he uses his personal razor, because it changes into a slingblade. Why whould his borrowed razor turn into a slingblade?
I thought all razors could take different shapes. Darrow just always preferred the shape like the slingblade of his youth.

«Praetor Kellan looks about to grab my feet and jerk me down where Cagney would no doubt cut my throat with my own razor.»
«My blade flashes between whip and curved slingBlade.»
«Cagney au Bellona is first to me. My stolen blade rasps toward my neck»
