I have a suggestion that might be helpful. Maybe someone could request someone to talk to more privately somewhere? Not everyone is comfortable with announcing their sexuality on a forum but it might help them to be able to talk about it with a person one on one to become more comfortable speaking about it.
Another one would be book suggestions. Not necessarily a book of the month but just picking one that someone has liked and discuss it or a topic that it focuses on.
I have a question :)so I have an asexual character in one of my rps. I am not asexual. Can anyone who is or who is very knowlegable about it enlighten me? Like, my friend really wants them to kiss, but I feel like kissing leads to making out which leads to sex (not always) but...do asexuals kiss people? How far do they go?
Sorry. I feel really ignorant :p

:D I love Moana
so I am trying to defend transgenderism against someone I love. He has this horrible idea that its a mental illness, and i want to refute him, but i'm not quite sure how. Can you guys help me out? I think you have more experience then me :p
Well, closed minded is one thing. I don't think we need to tell him he's an ass. I think that one thing I notice is that we as a community need to be a little nicer to people who disagree with us.Also, he was just saying that he believed that we should teach are children that there are only two genders because to most people, there are only two genders. If our children experience another gender, then we can address it then. Which makes sense to me. He's still trying to figure out wear he stands, because he was raised like I was with very conservative values an such, but now he's dating a LGBT+ member and I have such drastically different beliefs that now he is questioning what he has been taught and trying to think for himself.
Anyway, thanks for the point, Val, it was very valid, and the one I use most often in my analogies :)
he really isnt. I so appreciate him trying to understand me. :) and I appreciate you guys and your helping me with everything and just giving me support and being my friends
So I'm not quite old enough for it, but recently I've really been considering top surgery...does anybody have any comments or suggestions or stories or anything?
