I knew that Clayton Pell would try to take matters in his own hands after Harry told him that they had arrested Hardy. I was a bit surprised that Harry stopped him from doing it. This didn't feel like something Harry would do.
I agree, Robin. Maddie has changed his perspective so much. Maybe there was a part of him that didn’t want Clayton to go to jail for murder.
You could be right about Bosch not wanting Clayton to go to jail for murder. Or maybe he thought he could get to Clayton before he ever made a move on Hardy. Yes, Harry has changed a lot since Maddie came into the picture.
Harry hasn't had a problem letting justice take its own course in the past, so it was interesting that he took active steps to stop Pell from killing Hardy. I couldn't ignore the parallel to McQuillan letting George Irving die. Perhaps it was that or perhaps it was being a father that has given him a new perspective.
Ooh, hadn’t thought of that. It was pretty cold on McQuillen’s part to let George go through with his suicide.
