Book discussion group discussion

Hey guys! I'm only on book 2 of the HP series but I thought it might be fun to have a discussion on them (:

I've only read the first book. I kind of hate that since it is such a popular series but I had fallen into a reading slump after that book and haven't finished them.

I read all 7 books in 2015/2016 and I absolutely loved them! As I got further into the books I started taking a break in between the 4th-7th book with reading a smaller more contemporary quick read, just because those books were HUGE! And I know I tend to lose interest / get into a reading slump when it's been a week+ and I haven't finished a book yet. It really helped me because as soon as I finished the small story I was motivated and ready to continue on with the series!

ALSO, after finishing each book I immediately watched the movie right after and that was such a fun experience! To see the story come to life right after I would finish reading the story.
