What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

This book is a paranormal YA that I read about a year or two ago. It consists of several books in the a series I think the first three book are about one couple then the hero's two best friends are given each a book.

The heroine goes to New Orleans for a break with best friend. while she's there she works at her father's hotel. She meets hero in hotel lobby. I think the heroine's name was Ally. They bump into each several times, then eventually he tells her what he is.
